Thao/Sara gave us such an incredibly sweet and lovely welcome. She and the family are simply the bestest hosts, going all out to make sure we are comfortable and happy. Also gave lots of recommendations what to do, what to see, made arrangements for us.
My husband thought he had lost his wallet on our last night, and they did everything they could to help find it, including checking all their CCTV cameras, tracing the route we walked the night before, checking at the stalls we had stopped, calling the police station to see if anyone had handed in a wallet.
The location is perfect - in a quiet lane just 10 minutes walk from the noisy crowded Ancient City. And only 5 minutes walk to the local market where we could buy lots of tropical fruits and the best banh mi in the neighbourhood.
One of our Friends was sick with a bit of food poisoning, and the family was very concerned and solicitious about her well-being, always checking how she is and whether there is anything we needed.
On the day we left, we were each given a goodie-bag with water and local snacks for our onward journey even though we were going only to Danang 45minutes away. So very thoughtful and sweet.
Everything is more than excellent here.

Hosts - The hosts especially Sara are really nice and very helpful. She also can help you organise trip/tour with a very nice price.
Room - My room are really spacious, clean and well equipped. The room is comfy and there is no noise coming into the room so its really suitable for people who really appreciate a good night sleep.
Free Bicycle- They have a few bicycles in the homestay that you can use to roam around Hoi An free of charge.
Location - The surroundings of the property is quiet and safe. There is some walking distance to the Old Town but you can use the bicycle so it will be faster.
Bonus note - There is a really good coffee stall near the homestay called Ngot.. Just ask Sara about it and she will give you the directions.
