The Linh Hoi An

Lovely, spacious and comfortable room in a homestay with welcoming hosts, it felt more like a hotel! Great options of mini bar and snacks which was appreciated after a travel day. Free bikes available in garage, and a scooter rental shop just a street across. Good location just outside busy area but 5 mins walk to bus station to get to Phong Nha!

TV did not work unless you had your own HDMI cable, but this didn’t ruin our stay!

Spacious, clean and kind people

The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet residential street just a short walk from the historical center. I loved being slightly outside the busy tourist zone, where local cafés offer great quality at much more affordable prices. The neighborhood is charming, with lush greenery and locals going about their morning routines, like watering plants—such a peaceful and authentic vibe. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and feels freshly renovated. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want comfort, affordability, and a glimpse into local life.

Loved the location. 5 minutes walk to the beach with all the bars and restaurants in east reach. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The air con and WiFi worked well and the bed was big and comfortable. I was given plenty of towels and fresh bananas one morning! The staff were friendly and available if you need them.

The shower was cold. I'm not sure if it was meant to have hot water but I didn't get any! Also the pressure of the water was pretty bad. It would be great and then suddenly lose pressure which made a very loud noise. I could hear this from the apartment next to me in the mornings when they were using the water which woke me up earlier than I might have liked but I am a light sleeper.
