I have stayed here before and loved it, and it exceeded my expectations this time! The location is ideal for Hoi An if you don't mind a short bike ride or longish walk - ten min bike ride to the beach one way (bikes are provided) or ten min to town the other way. Ryan was such a lovely host and when I left my toiletry bag with EVERYTHING in it and didn't realize it until too late, he overnighted it to our hotel in Hanoi. AMAZING service. We also booked a Cham Island tour through them and it was really fun!

Very clean, very convenient, excellent management. Absolutely great value for the price. I extended my stay much longer than originally planned. Wonderful experience.

This is just the most welcoming and receptive homestay. Ryan and Nam and the rest of the family are so kind and accommodating. The room had all the amenities that you could need and it was nice and clean.
Everything was good, no complaints.
