A-List. Plenty of value. Clean property. Very comfortable beds. A/C blows cold. Good water pressure. Everything works. Made to order breakfast. Superb coffee. Pool and lounge chairs. Easy to get Grab or walk to any number of cafes or restaurants. The rice field is 1 minute away. Enjoy your coffee and a nice walk. Safe and affordable. Jennifer and Auntie are the heart and soul of the villa. They are attentive and hard working. This is a special place. Pro Tip: Get the 2nd or 3rd floor pool view room with balcony. Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful and modern hotel. The facility is super clean and the guest is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent - especially their fresh French bread.

We loved our stay here ! The villa was spotless and the room was so lovely. It was cleaned every day, without us asking. The breakfast was fantastic. Ly and her aunt were amazing and really looked after us. Can’t recommend this place enough.
