4family member (with a 2yrs old kid), they change my room immediately when we check in because the aircon not function well, much appreciate on this. Cook our breakfast when we wake up, so we get to eat hot fresh breakfast. staff are very friendly and helpfull.
Boss and staff are friendly, willing to help on any problem we have. Speak English, easy for communicate.

Absolutely brilliant. Room was spacious clean and very comfortable great balcony. In a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short 30 min stroll to Hoi An old town or use one of their free bicycles good choice of breakfast. The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful special mention to Thi she is a star. If I ever go back to Hoi An I will be staying there, I’ll even rearrange my dates if they’re fully booked could not recommend Horizon Homestay more
