    The hotel is beautifully designed and has a very relaxing, laid-back atmosphere. I really liked the overall concept and ambience. One thing I truly appreciated was that this was the only hotel that allowed me to check in early during my trip. It really made a difference, especially after travelling, and I was very grateful for the flexibility. However, it was extremely hot during my stay. I’m not sure if it was due to limited heat insulation or insufficient cooling, but even as a guest, I found the temperature quite uncomfortable. I also noticed the staff working while sweating heavily, so I can imagine how difficult the heat must be for them too. Overall, I really liked the design and atmosphere, and the early check-in was a big plus. I just hope the hotel can improve the cooling or heat insulation to make the experience more comfortable for both guests and staff.

    Late review! We had our room (Luxury Deluxe King Room with balcony) at second floor in front of the road so normally you can hear a bit of noise but not a big issue for us. Surrounded with plants which make the room with a balcony a bit of privacy. Room is clean with everything you need, with a minibar with fees. Room comes with a complimentary simple breakfast. It has a rooftop pool and sadly we have no time to utilize it. The customer service here is superb as they actively communicate before arrival date. The day we check in, front staff lady (sorry did not get her name) is very friendly and promoting what to do in the area. We just booked 1night here as we just wanted to relax before our flight the next day and we’ve been to Hoi An few days ago with a group tour from Da Nang. The day we check out as we leave our luggage first to shop in the morning, when we came back as we booked taxi from them to airport , the front lady which is different work shift asked us to pay for one bottled water inside the fridge which the cleaner reported that the cap was abit open. I did not pay for it as we did not touch or take anything inside tha mini fridge and we have our own bottled water bought from convenience store. In the end she let it go as I was very firmed about it. This was the only bummer we had to experience. Still this is a nice little gem hotel!
