    We had a very pleasant stay at Riverside Villa in Hoi An. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location was peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed being close to the river and away from the busy streets. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was well organised. It was also easy to get around Hoi An from the property. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. A good place to stay if you want a quiet and comfortable experience in Hoi An.

    Hoi An Corn Riverside Villa is a bit of a mixed bag, but it still has a lot of charm if you know what to expect. First off, the owner is genuinely lovely and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the pool is fantastic for a refreshing dip. The overall vibe is super peaceful and quiet, tucked away from the heavy tourist crowds. However, there are a couple of major downsides worth noting. The road leading to the villa was under construction during my stay, making it a bit messy to get in and out. More importantly, they nickel-and-dime you on every single drink in the minibar—even charging for basic, normal drinking water, which always feels a bit cheap when you're already paying for a room. I stayed during the low season, so rain poured down roughly every two nights, which kept things moody and quiet, but also meant staying put. It’s a decent spot with a great host and nice pool, but just be prepared for the annoying drink charges and the bumpy road construction outside.

    Had a relaxing stay, place tucked away facing river.about a 10 min scenic walk to old town. Accom was great, had what you needed working ac and over head fan. Hot water, and balcony facing nice ingrown pool. For the price, your getting more than you payed for.
