    Everything was excellent! The hosts were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is freshly made to order, I would stay here again!

    Lovely quiet location yet less than 10 minute walk to Old Town. Beautiful garden setting and really nice pool. Owner and his family are lovely people. Breakfast is simple but generous. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows comfortable and room well equipped. The only flaw was the bathroom being a wet room. Difficult not getting all the floor and toilet wet. Plus there was nowhere to hang towels except hooks above the toilet. Our hand basin didn't drain well and filled with water when the tap was turned on. But these were minor issues. Overall our stay was great

    This homestay feels like great value for the price including breakfast, a swimming pool, a very comfortable room and a private balcony. It is also super well located being a 10-15 min walk to the historic Hoi An
