Autumn Bay Retreat

The location is great, as it is a short distance out of the centre, super accessible by grab, there are also restaurants within walking distance. Right next to the river, nice and quiet. The host, Mr Hong, was super helpful and friendly - he is very knowledgeable about multiple areas of Vietnam and has great chat!

I had a really lovely stay at Autumn Bay. The room was clean, modern, and full of light, with beautiful views over the river. The bed was super comfortable and everything felt new and well cared for. The host is kind and always available to help with anything. There’s also a small kitchen if you want to cook, which is really convenient. The location is a little outside the old town, but that makes it peaceful and quiet, and it’s just a short ride into town. Definitely recommend.

The room is spacious enough, quite cozy, clean, and renovated, with a great view of the river. With both AC and a fan, there were no problems with mosquitoes, and it’s also very quiet. The owner and staff provide excellent hospitality.

Pleasant host.

No glass in the small bathroom window - had to ask for it to be covered over! Unwelcome visitor one night (huge cockroach). Our fridge and kettle were in the ‘eaves’ making access very difficult. It’s a long way from the town - taxis needed for every trip!
