    We booked for our anniversary and we decided to upgrade to a balcony room, the view was ok although the balcony was very simple. The place itself is like a beach house, all very clean and tidy. Just the pool is a lie, just a little place with dirty water. The beds were confortable, everything was very clean, the lady that received us and cooked the breakfast was super sweet and kind (even served a very early breakfast one day). Location is good considering to be 1 minute walking to a calm beach, with some restaurants under the house for seafood meals, it is about 7km from the center of Hoi an and 3 km from the main beach. We enjoyed our experience overall.

    Comfortable, clean, easy check-in/out process, all amenities needed, plenty of clothes hanging space, next to the beach, simple and nice accommodation. Smart tv and free filtered water was a bonus
