    Still at the Gold, the staff great need something ask Ni she will get it done. So far all is great to be continued

    The new manager tries to make you cancel the booking and pay the hotel directly.. saying she "can't find the reservation on the system" - this is a common scam so that the hotel takes the commission from Agoda. The manager lied and harrassed me to contact Agoda myself, to pay her again, so that she did not have to do anything. I stayed just 1 night, but she harrassed me for 3 days to pay and call Agoda to fix her problem for her! Her harrassment ruined my holiday tbh. There were 4 other groups of people waiting to check-in at the same time... they all were very unhappy with the managers attitude and poor excuses. Avoid this manager. I think she also works at "Under the Coconut Tree" hotel/homestay in the same location. Its a shame. I stayed at this hotel many times in the past 2 years, without any issue. But this new manager is basically a liar and a cheater. Harsh words but i xan back up my experience with proof. She couldnt back up anything she told me, just giving more and more very poor lies. Truly , the worst experience ive had in any hotel, in vietnam, in 7 years. Usually, i would not bother writing a bad review but her attitude was so bad, i think people need to be made aware.
