    Value for money. Great hotel, nice clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast, in a quieter part of town only 15-20 minutes walk to Old Town. Would stay there again

    A fabulous small hotel for those wanting that special personal touch just far enough to walk in to the hustle and bustle of the town centre , restaurants, cafes and bars along the waterfront with superb shops and far enough to wind down and relax. A wonderful hotel with amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble, always greeting us with smiles and a warm welcome . Breakfast is simple but beautifully cooked and served fresh every morning. Rooms spotless and tastefully decorated and cleaned daily, the bedding and linen are soft and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Laundry service is available and can be promptly washed and folded within the day , perfect when travelling light, or even just to refresh your travel bag before moving on . An excellent choice , we would definitely recommend and return to this hotel xx thank you xx

    Choose the family room away from the street side if possible No complaints except pickleball action next door. Staff is lovely, good restaurants steps away. True central location

    I stayed here for two weeks and had a pleasant experience during my time. The staff are very kind and welcoming. At reception, during breakfast, and with housekeeping, everyone was friendly and attentive. The rooms are newly renevated, look clean, and the atmosphere is nice. However, at the end of my stay I discovered that several of my items had developed mold, while just keeping them in the room! Since leaving, I’ve realized lot more items were affected and ruined. I informed the staff, but only received a brief apology. This feels gross and makes you question about the ventilation. Also during the stay, housekeeping once left one towel less, which I didn’t think much of at the time. But at checkout I was accused of taking a a towel and asked to pay for it. I was also made to wait for almost half an hour without any clear explanation, which made the it even more frustrating. Because of these issues, I left with a negative impression despite what was otherwise a good stay.
