Very central location, easy to walk or get a Grab.
The staff are a very lovely and welcoming family who will look after you.
Housekeeping staff cleaned and restocked the room daily, and it was a very high standard.
The aircon worked very well and the water pressure in the shower was great.
The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep well at night due to the street being very quiet.
You can organise day trips, laundry, and rentals for a good price through them.

Good location - short walk to the Hoi An Old Town. Staff was very friendly and nice! Photos from booking.com look better than actual life.
There was no hot water in the shower. Our room faces a very dirty wall, so we didn't open the window when we stayed there.
