Perfect location, close enough for easy access to everything but also Set back enough that it is peaceful and the location right on the river is lovely.
The lady who runs housekeeping is extremely lovely and even allowed us to use the kitchen each day which was very appreciated.
The pool seems that It could of had a bit more cleaning from what comes off the trees but other than that it was lovely and just a short drive from the beaches.

Our family stayed for one month at Luna Rossa Villa. The housekeeper was our highlight. She was so thoughtful, kind and communicated with us so easily through WhatsApp. We had constant access to clean towels, toilet paper and free water. The housekeeper is a real asset to the Homestay and even though our room didn't include a working TV they actually bought one for us and installed it for the kids. We had a large room with a river view and it is very easy to walk into the old town.
As with many properties in Hoi An mould can be an issue. It will be important that the aircon units are cleaned more regularly.
