    The hotel is nice and clean but the WiFi is super slow. Most of the cord are not working properly and the pool can be cleaner. Location wise it’s close to old town about 7-9 mins by car.

    Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all — there were visible stains on the bed sheets, which was already concerning. However, the worst part was the number of moth cocoons everywhere. They were behind the curtains, on the ceiling, in the bathroom — literally throughout the entire room. It felt very unhygienic. We went to reception to report this and showed photos. To be fair, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She came to look at the room with us and offered us another room for the night while they would clean ours. Before accepting, we asked to see the alternative room first. Unfortunately, it was even worse. It also had many cocoons, and the bathroom looked like it had mold all over it. We declined the room because it clearly wasn’t an improvement. We then asked if we could borrow a vacuum cleaner so we could clean the room ourselves, but they told us they didn’t have one — which was quite shocking for a hotel. Additionally, the hotel advertises a spa facility and a private beach, but we didn’t see or hear anything about either during our stay. The pool was also dirty around the edges and the sun beds were also not very clean. The rooms and reception also didn’t look like the photos online. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. In the end, we decided to leave and stay at another hotel. We did receive a full refund, which we appreciated, and again, the receptionist was very kind throughout the process. However, due to the poor hygiene and misleading information, I would not recommend staying here.
