The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. You can really see that he cares about his guests and wants everyone to feel comfortable.The rooms are very clean and tidy as well.
The hospitality was excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well looked after. The location was also convenient for exploring Hoi An.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The host was extremely informative and helpful and gave us many recommendations for restaurants things to see etc. He also arranged a transfer to and from Da Nang for us at a very reasonable price. The room we had was extremely spacious and very clean with great bathroom facilities.

I’ve stayed in many places, but the hospitality at Maison Hai Homestay is on another level. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how safe and welcome I felt from the moment I arrived.
The host is genuinely amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy. Whether it was helping me with transportation, sharing great local tips, or assisting with my travel plans, nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s rare to find such sincere kindness and readiness to help. Thank you for everything!

Everything, the whole place is spotless, Mr Hai cannot do enough to help the whole trip, we absolutely loved staying here.
