- Wonderful family who run the Homestay with warmth! - they kindly stored our luggage for us for several days while we did a motorbike tour, which was very kind and extremely helpful - breakfast was basic but delicious and they offer multiple choices - wonderful location just a short walk away to the old town while being in a quieter neighborhood - quiet for being right in the city. There is loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant but it never went past 10. Down a side street so no honking!
- the bed was the most uncomfortable I have had in 6 months of traveling SE Asia. It is a spring mattress and if you are sleeping with a partner, you will feel every movement. It is also very loud. - the room needs a good clean in the corners. There were many spiders in the upper corners. The main portions of the room itself was clean but the corners need to be addressed

Really nice homestay in a good location. Owners lovely and accommodating.
Free filtered water would be much appreciated, but not essential!
