comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, small alley so you need to carry baggages yourself for about 50meters and upstairs. Host's son is one of the brightest and well-mannered kid I have ever talked to.
I had a room with a small view.
room's door is sturdy but soundproof is weak, you'll hear the corridor clearly.
might need to carry your own stuffs upstairs.

Clean, with a comfortable bed. The family is really lovely and their son speaks great English! It’s near some nice riverside restaurants and cafes. I chose the room with no balcony (window only opened a bit) but this was my choice - it was ideal for me as it was SO quiet, I slept like a baby! And I was really happy that there was no mold or damp smell like many properties in the area. The air was very clean including the air conditioning.
The homestay itself was great, no complaints. I would just advise others if they want to go to Hoi An ancient town, either get a Grab taxi (it’s cheap) or try to walk along the river road as the big road in between has lots of motorbikes and the fumes were a bit much during the 20-min walk. Wish I had known that the first time! The homestay also has bicycles available which is a great option.

In a quiet part of town; great facilities and the family amazing. They can arrange anthing for you, give recommendations, book trips, rent bikes or what ever you need. Highly recommended.
