Ưu điểm là vị trí tốt và chủ homestay nhiệt tình
Nhược điểm: WC có mùi, điều hoà ko ổn định, thời điểm mình lưu trú chủ homestay ko có nhà (có quản lý) dẫn đến 1 số bất tiện mà bản thân mình là người trực tiếp bị ảnh hưởng.

Very comfortable central old town location next to night market but no noise could be heated.om the river with all my luggage. Luckily

I was not aware that parts of old town island were not accessible to taxi or Grab so had to walk 2 blocks from the river. Luckily I was with a backpack.

Gestione familiare gentilissima (Binh e il marito), posizione centrale ma tranquilla vicino al mercato notturno, camere nuove e bellissime, balconcini fioriti perfetti per colazione o tramonto, ottimi consigli su dove mangiare.
Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare.

Top location - 50m from night market, but still quiet enough. Extremly friendly and pleasant host(es). Room was new, clean, beds firm, bathroom tidy.
Only detail we didn't like is too much tiling on the floor. Small suggestion - carpet in the middle would be nice.
