Spacious and location within 20 min walking distance to Sirmione historic old town.
Overrated and not worth the money its priced. Even though its first row by the lake but you barely can swim in it as its very shallow, rocky and smelly. There are no facilities by the lake, no sun beds, no anything. We were offered to bring sun beds from the apartment which is in the third floor :) and to take them back every time we go back to the apartment. So, technically its literally by the lake, but in reality you cannot use it. You cannot also enjoy lake view from your apartment. No pool also. Simply not worth ~400 euro for a night. Apartment lacks some attention to details as well.

Super ubytování. Krásný přístup rovnou k vodě. Kousek od historického centra. Vybavení apartmánu vynikající. Naprosto úžasné místo.

Die besonders gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr positiv überrascht.
Außerdem das bequeme Parken direkt am Haus. Auch der sehr gepflegte Garten und Steg am See war sehr schön.
