HOUSE RULES
Tourist Tax NOT INCLUDED to be paid upon arrival in cash. For the year 2025, from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025, the rate is €2.80 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Excludes children up to and including the age of 14.
CHECK IN: from 3pm to 9pm. Other times must be agreed in advance and for arrivals after 9.00 pm an additional payment of 25 euros is required. We ask you to communicate your arrival time at least one day before and any delays during the trip.
CHECK OUT: by 10.00. If you want a change of linen, a supplement of 10 EURO per person per change is required.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no subletting.
Cot and high chair are available free of charge, upon request.
