Luxury Apartment with Pool & Private Garden

Location was fantastic, close to beaches and to Sirmione old town as well as the newer Colombare. There are 2 pools available to use within the complex, both are pristine. The garden is beautiful.

It wasn’t very clean, unfortunately. The living/dining area is very small, much smaller than it appears in the photos. The bathroom door handle and the curtains were broken. The kitchen didn’t have basics, for eg they left us 1 rubbish bag and a couple of dishwasher tablets - we bought a lot of things and hopefully they will keep them there. They told us we could check in from 2pm, we arrived at 4 and the cleaner was still there, with no apology! Communication was a bit average too, and only one set of keys available.

The grounds left a very pleasant impression – beautiful, well-maintained, clean, quiet, and peaceful. A nice pool and a pleasant atmosphere. If you're judging by the grounds alone, the place is truly worthy.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself spoiled the impression. No hot water. The boiler was turned off, and there was no information about where it was or how to turn it on. As a result, we had to take ice-cold showers. I don't think guests should have to search for a boiler and figure out how to connect it during their stay. The bed linen on the ground floor was stale: yellow and dark brown stains and an unpleasant sweat odor. The pillows also varied in size and filling, making sleeping uncomfortable. The curtain was half-hanging. I'd also like to mention the shower. The bracket was completely covered in rust and barely held in place. While taking a shower, the shower head came loose, fell, and hit me on the head. The toilet handle was broken. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned; the container was completely full of used capsules, giving the impression it hadn't been serviced since the previous guests.
