Riccò del Golfo è comodo a La Spezia, noi parcheggiavamo l'auto nel park della stazione e ci siamo sempre mossi coi mezzi. Il posto è ideale se si cerca un momento di relax, l'appartamento comodo, spazioso, molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario... Il proprietario e il nipote gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Non funzionava la tv in camera, ce l'hanno subito sostituita. Consiglio vivamente La Corte di Val Emi... e se avrò occasione ci tornerò sicuramente.

Alta calificación Booking ampliamente merecida, para una casa que tiene alma y superó nuestras expectativas. El alojamiento es grande, con jardín agradable, super limpio (incluso a bajo de las camas y atrás de los muebles), con anfitriones muy amables y en precio razonable para la zona / temporada. Hay tiendas de primera necesidad muy cercanas... y una pizzeria tan deliciosa como típica a 5 minutos caminando.

Just a little bit issue with the leaking water on the bathroom floor but absolutely not a big deal at all. Overall the apartment is nice, clean. Fully furnished and all kitchen stuff that you need for making good meals. The host/owner are very nice with warmly welcome greeting guests with water & wine. They are also just living nextdoor, just in case you need anything. Definitely will be back here soon.

Good for people who just finish visiting Cinque Terre trip.

As identifying detail, we came to apartment lately but they (who get a key for us) were still waiting for us. They are non-spoken in English but they use body language and we understood them all. Amazing!!! The apartment was not so far from La Spezis station and it's really good location before going to Milan

Nice apartment

The property in general is nice, they take a good care of it and the garden around it. It is located in a small village, cca. 15 minutes drive from La Spezia city. The rooms are large, they also have a kitchen with a fridge.

The guests must remove the bed sheets and wash the dishes before leaving. It's something we didn't experience ever before, but it is not a problem.

Exceptional

Great place to stay if you’re with a car and planning to visit cinque terre. 12 min drive from La Spezia train station and 30 min drive from the Monterosso. Clean, modern apartment, nice terrace outside, everything is brand new and sparkling clean. Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts, as a welcome we found some cookies, a bottle of view and water. They don’t speak English but extremely friendly and helpful, super kids friendly. You can pick up there tomatoes for your own salad which was really great to collect them with a kid :)

It’s a bit load as the property right on the busy road, but it’s not about the apartments and you can check that on maps

They don’t speak english. So if you use translate everything will be fine, however if you don’t speak italian and you might have a complex request or problem. Maybe not the best option. Also with translate very basic but they were so sweet and made it work! 10 for effort and kindness

Super clean rooms and very helpful host!

We were in Manarola and spontaneously changed our plan to stay at Cinque Terre for one night. Unfortunately it was absolutely not possible to find something in the eveyning for the same night in the town. We asked everywhere and at the same time I looked at booking and found this place. I immediately called after booking the room since the reception was only open till 10pm and it was already 9pm (ca. 30mins. car drive). They were super helpful and prepared everything. Since we were so on short term, this was higly appreciated. Our GPS showed a wrong location (2km away from the hotel), we called and wrote via whatsapp and they answered immediately. It was after 10pm when we arrived but Carlos waited extra for us and was relly nice and helpful. He even gave us a wine bottle. The appartement is beautiful, perfectly furnitured and the cleanest of ALL appartements in our Italy trip. The cleanliness was really outstanding, also in consideration that we only booked one hour before we checked in. Also the balcony was perfect! Big thank you to Carlos, you were wonderful and helped us so much!! Would highly recommend.

The location is not that near to Cinque Terre - we drove ca. 30 minutes to Riomaggiore. But that is not the fault of the hotel, all roads are supersmall and you have to drive ca. Half an hour from town to town - by train it only takes 2-3mins. Since we drove home afterwards, we did not want to go to La Spezzia by car to drive everywhere with train. But if your stay is longer, I would highly recommend using the train! Also be prepared that the roads are difficult to drive and a little creepy by night. Again; it is like this in the area - not the fault of the hotel. The beds were not that comfortable (hard ones). But it was my personal opinion - the other family members liked it.

Superb

Staff were very helpful and provided us with their home grown vegetables. Property was extremely clean and spacious. Had its own garden, sun lounger and patio area if you wanted to sit out. The location was ok for us as we had a car so we could drive into La Spezia (18 min drive/approx 5 miles) and explore cinque terre from there which was easy enough to do, although reaching La Spezia from the apartment may be more difficult without a car. Despite this, I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Exceptional

The place is totally new & so clean. The host is so kind, met us and helped with all our baggage and tips about the area, gave us very good vine with local fruit ice cream. The apartment very comfortable, big rooms, with full new kitchen and all the necessary. The big garden very clean and our kids really enjoyed there with all the rabbits, also the place is welcome for BBQ. The location is very good, 10 min drive from Central La Spezia, 5 terre train, 25min from Monterosso, 15 min from the Outlet. There is all necessary supermarkets& Pizza near the place. Definitely will try to come back next time.
