Nice apartment but too far from Village Square for easy luggage transfer without assistance

The location provided an excellent view of the bay from its balcony and terrace. The air conditioning and provision of parking were very necessary.

The transfer of luggage from the car to the apartment was cumbersome even if you drop off the luggage in the village square. The parking space directions were too vague leading to us parking in the wrong place and nearly getting blocked in. The host eventually sent us a photo of the correct parking area, which we then found easily. Host was not located close to the apartment so could only assist via WhatsApp.

Beautiful views, beautiful apartment but cleaning and upkeep needs attention

Beautiful location with stunning views, a lovely base for our family holiday

The apartment wasn’t as clean on arrival as I was expecting. Washing machine needed emptying of bedding, which needed a rewash as wet at far to low a temperature and time of 20 min wash to make any difference to cleansing the items….Bedclothes and floors needed washing, the drains were blocked, and the recycling bags attracted ants. I feel a better system,replacing the recycling bags and adapting the recycling bins with lids that we saw in other properties around the village could work well. Pillows were also very old and should be replaced. With a proper clean, fresh bedding, and better upkeep, this could be an excellent place to stay. The furniture and the fact that the apartment wasn’t as modern as others was what made it special.Cleaning and upkeep just could have been much better.Once comfortable we settled into a lovely routine and enjoyed all that Cornaglia had to offer and made the most ofour stay within the cinque Terre .

The apartment was wonderful. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and full use of the kitchen. The location was great, convenient to the town center but a bit off the main areas so was very quiet. The view of the Mediterranean from our balcony, and use of the rooftop terrace, were fantastic. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful, and he also ran a small cafe near the apartment where the food and the views were fantastic. We were very happy with our stay there.

Nothing really- except to remind that Corniglia is a walking town, with lots of stairs, which can be a struggle with heavy luggage. Three flights of stairs up to the apartment as well.

Best Host I've Ever Experienced

Our host was the nicest, friendly, host I have ever had. He met us in Corniglia's town square where we were able to offload our luggage and park the car. He then guided us to where we were going to stay telling us about the history of Cinque Terre and his own rich heritage. We had an amazing time largely in part to his hospitality.

Wonderful apartment and an attentive and friendly host

Great communication with the host, very prompt and forthcoming and checking in was very smooth. The apartment is great and has an amazing view. This was the most beautiful view I have ever had from a shower in my entire life. ;-) There are several bedrooms and two bathrooms and the living room looks out on the sea, so it was a very nice place to do my yoga practice, in front of the balcony (there was plenty of space for my yoga mat). The only disadvantage is having to carry your luggage on many stairs to get to the apartment, but this is compensated by the rewarding stay.

The stairwell is in an open space, so it was a little uncomfortable at night, as I could see some spiders on the way up when coming back in the evening, in the darkness.

Gorgeous views, but the apartment feels old and the town of Corniglia is inconvenient.

The view from the wrap-around balcony and the private terrace was phenomenal. I can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view all day.

The stairs in the building on the way up to the unit is dirty and dark. The apartment feels old, from the kitchen to the furniture. Corniglia is not a convenient town; the climb from the train station to the village is steep, and the only bus that goes between the station and the village requires long wait and is usually jam packed. Few choices of restaurants in the village, and the markets are tiny and don't carry much; no ice cream and no fresh meat of any kind, for example.

Corniglia est le plus authentique et le plus beau des 5 villages. L appartement est spacieux, très agréable, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les rochers en contre bas pour la baignade.De bons restaurants, des bars sympas,une vraie ambiance de village,le soir quand les touristes sont repartis

A ne faire que si vous avez une bonne forme physique, car il y a beaucoup d escaliers à monter et à descendre dans Corniglia, comme dans tous les villages.....et que vous preniez le bateau ou le train....et l appartement est au 3e,terrasse au 4e

Vårt bästa boende på hela vår tågluffarresa. Lägenheten och utsikten kunde inte bli bättre, en underbar plats att vistas på trots alla trappor. Värden var tillmötesgående och tillgänglig på distans, svarade snabbt på frågor som familjen hade. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle boka detta igen om jag kommer tillbaka till Corniglia igen. Ett plus att vi hade 2 toaletter.

Bel emplacement pour vivre la vie des gens des villages! Très tranquille!

L’emplacement était juste Wow! Vue sur la mer et au milieu des cinq villages ! 2 salles de bain pour 5 voyageurs. C’était correct! Il y a une belle terrasse juste au dessus de notre appartement! Parfait pour le souper!

Les draps sentait l’humidité. Il y avait des draps dans la laveuse à notre arrivé! Si nous n’avions pas utilisé la laveuse, les draps seraient restés là 3 jours ! Il y avait aussi des tâches sur les draps et couvertures.

Geweldige lokatie voor het bezoeken van Cinque Terre met 6 personen

Perfecte lokatie, in het middelste dorp van Cinque Terre. Mooi vertrekpunt voor het verkennen van Corniglia en de andere dorpen. Ideaal voor ons gezin met 2 oudere kinderen en hun aanhang. Balkon en dakterras met uitzicht zijn geweldige bonussen
