A gorgeous location with a knockout view and a functional, clean room.

The view from our terrace was phenomenal and the communication with our host was efficient and friendly.

The photo directions to the room were not super helpful (they should be taken from the actual perspective from the walk you have to take, not from a distance which makes it seem out of context). Also the wifi information was incorrectly written on the printed out sign and the 10am check out seems unreasonably early. 11am would have been much more reasonable!

Great location and balcony. Easy to get to train station and ferry and around the corner from a beach area. Clean room and bathroom. Quite a busy area which was okay for us but something to note for others.

Lack of plates/ cutlery for having some food on balcony or fruit for breakfast. But overall great.

the view was amazing, a/c was cold, room was clean and perfect for our stay.

The staff was very helpful and patient when asking questions. I also left my converter and the host offered to let me borrow hers which was very nice. The free water was very nice. the blowdryer was great.

we did not try to open the umbrella but maybe if the weather is nice, it would haave been nice to have it open when we arrived. but again everthing was perfect!

Great views and comfortable bed with good air con. But small and too close the busy walkway.

The views of the water were fantastic. The room was well equipped with much needed air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The coffee machine was much appreciated to start our day with a sea view and a coffee before heading out amongst the heat and the crowds.

The room and bathroom were small for a 3 night stay. And whilst the location was excellent with sea views it was too close to the main footpath below which fielded hundreds of people all day. Next time I would stay back a little from the main area , where i could still see the ocean but away from the crowds.

Cozy apartment with best balcony views in best location of Riomaggiore

It was, in my opinion, the best location in Riomaggiore. On our 2nd night in Riomaggiore, we had a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. The balcony provided an amazing view of the colorful buildings that make Riomaggiore such a photographer's delight. It was an otherwise simple room with queen bed. The shower was bigger than the one we had the evening before in the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View (one floor up). The balcony was a huge plus. We ate lunch up there, people watched, and even admired the stars from there. Despite all the 140 or so steps (up & down) leading up to the apartment from the train station, it was totally worth the stay. We had to lug our luggage back to the train station ourselves early in the morning to avoid the heat and so as not to hold up people in all the narrow stairs, since we had to stop often to rest. The day before, we fortunately had help from Roberto, the one porter in that part of Riomaggiore to bring our bags from the train station steps in the over 90 degree heat. If I come back within the next 10 years, I may still be able to handle the luggage up & down all the steps. The location of the room (and relatively reasonable pricing) are all worth it.

I didn't like being woken up at 6 am by the cleaning woman who spent about 5-10 min straight banging around buckets and plastic bags. Not sure what she was doing (almost sounded like she was annoyed or something). Her closet of cleaning equipment was the door right next to ours.

Cozy apartment with nice views in best location of Riomaggiore

It was, in my opinion, the best location in Riomaggiore. On our first night in Riomaggiore, we had a double room with sea view and partial view of the colorful buildings that make Riomaggiore such a photographer's delight. It was an otherwise simple room with queen bed. The bathroom was nice but the shower is kind of small. Worked well for me and my daughter, but a bigger person may have issues moving around in there. The apartment was cozy and in a warm peach color with green accents throughout. Despite all the steps leading up to the apartment, it was worth the stay.

The welcome message we received via Booking.com messaging provided directions, check-in details, etc., which were helpful, but it would've been good if the info for the porter were provided. Had we not run into Roberto in person with his truck close to the steps to the train station, we would not have been able to arrange for him to help with our bags. There are approx 140 steps (up & down) between the train station steps and along the side of the hill leading up to Ai Pesci. Needless to say, unless you're super strong, lugging heavy suitcases is a challenge, esp on a very hot day.

Amazing location with unreal view from balcony and rooftop.

The room had an unbelievable location as 10 mins of left from the train station with minimal climbing of steps. The view was incredible, we stayed in room 103 which had the balcony and the rooftop which really made the stay as we watch the sunset. The room was squeaky clean and well stocked on juices and pastries.

Although pricy it really made our trip very special and was the highlight of our trip.

Great Sunset and Harbor Views

The location of this apartment is excellent! While crowds gathered below our window to watch the sunset, we simply opened the big windows and a bottle of wine and enjoyed it from our room. Boat tours of Cinque Terre leave from right below the property, and the town of Riomaggiore was wonderful. the room was comfortable and the host was very responsive.

The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom shower was VERY small. it's expected that rooms are tiny in small villages / historic cities, but this one was one of the smallest we experienced. But it doesn't take away from the great location and other benefits of staying here.

Perfect view from a cute room with a balcony

This place is 100% about the view. It's got the million-dollar view that you come to Cinque Terre for, complete with a little balcony to sip wine while watching the sun set over the sea and listen to the crashing waves. The room is small and accessible only by stairs but I wouldn't want it any other way - the cozy, intimate scale of Cinque Terre is what brings its charm. If you want a big luxury suite, don't visit.

Gorgeous room with an unbeatable view of Riomaggiore

The room is gorgeous, so bright and airy and an amazing view of Riomaggiore and the coastline. The balcony is great to have and the roof terrace would be such a bonus in nice weather. The room was so clean and smelled amazing. There are some really nice touches like some drinks in the fridge and pastries too! I don't think you could find much better accomodation in Cinque Terre, it ticked all the boxes.

The only thing to note is if you are a very light sleeper you may find being so close to the sea a bit noisy in windy weather as the waves are surprisingly loud! My partner found it relaxing but I did struggle to sleep not being used to the noise. Having said that, I would still stay here again!

Excellent location with beautiful view of the harbor, Ligurian sea & sunset. Room 301 has a great private balcony where you can enjoy a beverage and the view. The coffee machine & pods were great for a quick cup before heading down the stairs. The shower in the bathroom is surprisingly large for such a compact space & all the facilities worked perfectly. The place was a little more expensive than similar accommodations we had in Manarola but still a good value. It was easy to find the place, check in and reach the host. Would definitely stay here again.

An excellent location and would go back again

The property was in a great location with a fantastic view and with a good description on how to find it. The room was clean, a good size and had good facilities. The staff were easy to get hold of and talk to when checking in and helped with where to go. There was a bar nearby that played an outside disco so it was nice to drink on the balcony and listen to the music.
