Two day trip in Riomaggiore

The personal touch that Barbara the owner provided was very kind of her. The location is amazing, with beautiful views. The room itself itself is spacious and has been renovated nicely. I liked the additional room which had a comfortable sofa. If you are looking to visit Riomaggiore, this is definitely the place to stay.

Great View- location- facility- and HOST!

Where to begin-- Well begin with Barbara who is a rock star! Meets you ate the station, guides you to the apt, walks you thru the room and answers all questions and totally accessable (we travel the world and never have had that before). Superb room, great location, Tremendous View! AC works great, bed comfortable enough, great little hidden walk-down to water.

Perfect location, clean and a very welcoming owner with lots of tips and insights about the five villages. Comfortable and cool especially in the heat of summer

Comfortable room with friendly staff

The room is very clean, well furnished with all the facilities stated. Our host, Barbara also very friendly and nice and attended to our requests, and even pick us up from the train station to the room. The sea view is great, a very big balcony that can enjoy our breakfast and sea view. Downstairs also have many restaurants, so the location is pretty good.

The room was a little bit smaller than we expected. it’s just nice for 2 people I guess. During our stay, one of the some light bulbs in the bathroom spoiled, so it was a bit dark while we using the toilet, even though doesn’t affect much to us. This place is great if you are traveling light, as there are quite a number of staircases to access the place, so not really recommended if you are carrying large suitcases like us.

Excellent accommodations with beautiful sea view!

Everything was great. The location was excellent close to the train station and the marina. Rooms were clean and the balcony with view of the sea was the highlight! The rooms were very modern and clean with all amenities. The hosts were amazing. Barbara met us at the train station when we arrived. She was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. There was a power outage in the town one day due to a severe storm. Barbara and her husband checked up on us and dropped off a bag of waters, Prosecco, bread, snacks etc. which was really thoughtful of them. Loved our stay at Meb!

Exceptional

This property was so lovely! The host Barbara, met us at the train station and walked us to the property (very close by). The location is perfect as we did not have to climb too many stairs to access the property. It is very close to the marina (5 minute walk) and there are many restaurants and bars surrounding it. Perfect spot to stay in Riomaggiore and I would definitely stay again.

The location of this place was unmatched! Exactly what we were looking for.

The only issue we had was the AC was not working for most of our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and tried to come and fix it but with no success. That was our only complaint.

Perfect location: stunning and convenient.

Our room at MEB was glorious! There were so many thoughtful touches (gorgeous, comfortable, and contemporary furnishings, light snacks, cold drinks, wine glasses, hooks for towels, fast wifi, in-room safe, and much more). The location was both stunningly beautiful and convenient: just a minute's walk to the train station and marina, as well as to bars, shops, and restaurants. Barbara was the perfect host: met us at the stazione, guided us to the room, offered a few recommendations, and accommodated other requests. We walked through the entire town (and the other towns of Cinque Terre), and agreed we would not have been happier in another location. PERFECT!

The best place in Riomaggiore

The room was beautiful ( Meb 1 )) One flight of stairs up to a perfect location almost on the Ligurian Sea. Our hosts would have met us at the station but due to Italian Rail strikes that day our arrival was unpredictable. We did not have a balcony but the view from our window was superb. The bed was comfortable, the couch in the adjacent sitting room ( also a fold out bed ) was very relaxing as well. You are as close to everything in Riomaggiore as possible. There are stairs that go directly to the harbour just past the entrance or up to a very good restaurant for dinner.

Barbara was absolutely wonderful! She is so welcoming and responsive. She made us feel right at home, and we were so happy she was able to pick us up at the train station. That was a great surprise!

Very good

Super location on the main street of the village with a partial sea view from French balcony. Room was small but very tidy, all newly renovated. Lots of stairs so not for people with any knee problems, for us was no problem at all.
