Awesome!

The host was truly exceptional and incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to reach the property without the need to navigate through mountain roads. The room itself was spacious and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Moreover, Riomaggiore proved to be a gem, enhancing the overall experience.

The inclusion of a coffee machine or a kettle in the amenities would have been truly wonderful, as it could have added a convenient option for preparing beverages and further elevated the overall comfort and convenience of the stay

Great location, helpful hosts!

The property was situated in a great location, super close walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants. The property itself was super modern, great space, comfy bed and all very clean. The hosts were unbelievably amazing!! Extremely helpful in locating the apartment, great communication from the date of booking, and super helpful when we arrived with details of restaurants, places to to go, and things to see. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! It was perfect

Really well located , the help in finding the accommodation was brilliant . Helpful in minding luggage after checkout .

I didn’t receive the room that I had booked on booking.com (triple comfort room with 3 beds and showed on phone this was what I had booked, for two people). Instead was charged €15 more to receive bedding for a sofa bed which had to be made up ourselves. I was told I should have clarified that two beds were needed , but considering the room I booked clearly stated that there were 3 beds in room there was no way I should’ve known this clarification was required. Given the confusion through no fault of my own I don’t believe I should have been charged extra to receive a smaller room. However , this may have been an isolated incident and would recommend this place to stay, very helpful family

Magical place, cosy and welcoming.

It was very modern everything worked amazingly. It was clean and comfy. Close to everything and all the people involved were friendly and welcoming.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like it was perfect for our stay.

Lovely spot and good value

Great place to stay, lots of room and really clean. Comfy beds and staff were very helpful. Good value for money, would stay again.

It didn't matter for us, but the apt is at the top of quite a steep hill but most of Cinque Terre is like this. We were on the ground floor so there was just one door and window and if we left them open, people from the street could look in. Wifi was a bit weak at times but would stay again.

Perfect location and host for a Cinque Terre trip!

Nel cuore di rio was absolutely perfect! Amazing location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Emiliano was such a great host - he met us at the train station and helped with our bags, helped to get us dinner reservations and gave us lots of local recommendations for food and activities! Will definitely be back the next time we visit Cinque Terre!

Maristella was very helpful and caring. She gave us a rundown of everything, made sure we got to our room safe upon check in and even made us dinner reservations. This property is in the perfect location and was very comfortable.
