We found our home in Cinque Terre

Everything is in a five minute walk. Definitely loved staying in Riomaggiore and venturing to other cities. Roberto helped us so much with navigating the area.

Believe the hype

I absolutely loved my stay here in Riomaggiore. The room was excellent - there was air conditioning, a great bathroom, a comfy bed and even a view of the sea. You can throw open the windows and hear the waves as well as the hustle and bustle of the beautiful town below. The mini-fridge was stocked and included in the price! It was even re-filled daily, such good service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town near the sea front, just a beautiful part of Italy. Finally the service... simply exceptional. Roberto is THE man. I was driving a sports car there that I was a little worried about, but he made the check-in experience just amazing. He met us at the entrance to the city and drove us directly to a parking spot he had reserved in the best bay in the lot. Then he drove/wheeled all our belongings to the front door... honestly if we were self-check-in I don't know what we would have done. He was on his phone constantly, replying within minutes if not seconds. He gave us the best dinner recommendations, including phone numbers of staff when the restaurant itself didn't answer! That particular restaurant, Fuorirotta, was excellent gave us the best table on the terrace and Roberto even got us 10% off! There's too much to say here but it's amazing how big a difference it makes. Grazie!

Perfect dream location and stay.

The property is in the perfect location. The best part of our stay was all the help we received from Roberto. It was so convenient to have his help from parking to carrying the bags. He even sent us dinner suggestions and information about how to get around. He helped us arrange parking and drove us to the hotel. After talking to our friends that traveled at the same time we all agreed we had the best service and location. It was also so convenient that they had a beach bag with towers for us to borrow. Very happy with our stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing stay in Riomaggiore

Our stay at Stellio Affittacamere exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly clean and located right near the water. But the best part was the host, Roberto. He carried our heavy luggage from the train station to the room (up the stairs and hills!). He also gave many recommendations in the area, and he stocked the fridge with some nice refreshments. On our last morning, he brought us pastries from a local bakery. If we ever return to Cinque Terre, we will definitely stay here again!

Roberto, our host was outstanding! he met us at the train station and was pro-active in sending ua ll of the inforamtion and explaining everything. Our room was recently renovated to a very high standard, and we were given fresh towels every day and the mini bar was restocked daily. the location was great and he deserves a 20 out or 10 rating.

Best accommodations by far during our vacation!!

It was perfect! Honestly all details were well thought out! The room had everything we needed. Roberto was AMAZING! He met us at the train station and brought our luggage for us. He showed us everything at the property and gave us numerous local recommendations! He texted us in the morning and offered to drive us to a hike!!! And at the end of our stay he brought our luggage back to the station! The room was excellent. A fully stocked minibar, snacks and coffee all included. Comfy bed and fabulous view!!

The host, Roberto, was exceptional. So helpful and kind in helping us with bags, restaurant recommendations, local knowledge, and was always available if we needed him.

We loved everything and went early enough in the season to not experience huge numbers of other tourists (though it was already getting busy on April!). Off you’re not good with st beer a little tricky - not just the apartment, but the region as a whole.

The hosts are exceptional and the attention to detail in the room was unexpected and so lovely! Super comfy bed, quiet (despite being a condensed and busy area in Riomaggiore). The town experienced a blackout the night I stayed and the host went out of his way to come and find me at one of the local bars to bring me a key to get into my room later, as the keycard would not have worked due to the power outage, and he went to get me an espresso in the morning as the blackout was still in effect. Fantastic service - above and beyond.

Loved the personal service. Roberto met us at train station and delivered our bags to the room. He gave us a brief orientation pointing out important things to take note of along the way. ie where to purchase trail tickets good restaurants etc. Room clean and comfortable. Lovely shower in bathroom. Roberto delivered our bags back to train station the next day leaving us free to hike and explore. Great base for hiking the area! Breath taking views from room!

Everything ..Roberto met us at the little pub outside the train station and took our bags up to our room where he stored them until check in time. Once we checked in, the room blew us away. Spotlessly clean with so many added amenities. Coffee machine, tea, coffee. Also real teacups and wine glasses. The fridge was stocked with all sorts of treats that were complementary. The balcony is wonderful to sip on a glass of wine and watch the people go by. Bathroom was also stunning with thick soft towels. When it came time to check out, once again Roberto took our suitcases all the way up to the train platform.

We only spent one night there. I wish it was longer.

Everything was spectacular! I can't rave enough about this property. We travel 100+ days each year and this was the best experience we had even vs. 5 star luxury hotels. Roberto and his wife were amazing. He always stayed in contact with Whatsapp and even personally met us at the train station and brought our bags to the hotel. (He has his own company that does that so it was very convenient). Communication was always excellent and the room exceeded my expectations. It was better than the photos. Everything was super clean and the beds were really comfortable with a plush mattress topper that made the bed so comfortable. Many beds in Italy are very hard and not comfortable but this was the exception. He had a bunch of drinks included in the fridge and some snacks. It was my wife's birthday and they even left a birthday card and a bottle of Prosecco. That's a sign of someone that cares. The property was renovated recently and everything was perfectly efficient. A small balcony with a seaview was so romantic. You literally are steps away from the ocean and just a few meters from downtown. They thought of everything as they had sound proof windows and AC worked very strong and was very cold which we like. Roberto was always available. One time we didn't think the AC worked and I sent him a Whatsapp and he came in 5 minutes. (You have to make sure the door to the balcony is closed - even if it's closed you have to move the handle around to make sure it's secure or AC won't work). Roberto made restaurant reservations for us at Fuori Rotto which we highly recommend. It was delicious and the chef is a genius. They included cleaning each day and it was very good and very clean. Roberto's wife owns these units and she does an amazing job. One day when we asked for an iron to iron clothes and they told us they can't have irons in the room due to firecode hazard so they came and ironed my shirt for me!

Everything was perfect. It couldn't have been any better. At the end of the stay, Roberto came again and helped take our bags to the train station. Everything was PERFECT!
