Fabulous location with a lovely view. Very central for visiting all of the Orkney sights. Hosts were lovely and accommodating and helpful.
Great to have convenient parking and the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for this as a unique and delightful stay for your Orkney adventure.

View of the lake
Not what was advertised . I was expecting a self catering cottage and king size room with use of a kitchen as it was advertised as Jupiter cottage with king size bedroom . It is a small room with small double bed in an attic with sloping roof . Not great for anyone over 5ft 5. No sink . Outcries hard with breakfast things ( croissant , jam, eggs , toast ) but I would have rather had use of a kitchen . It is on a noisy road and has a noisy air duct so had to sleep with ear plugs . Silly things like a TV in the bathroom do not make up for pokey space and noise . Had use of a washing machine .
