The privacy and location

No breakfast, quiet location, bar service at nights, very clean rooms, easy to come and go as you please
It would have been good if they offered a food service but there is a lot nearby

Location was fine with free parking on street
No email was sent with lockbox code u til 6.30pm on check in day. I checked in at 3pm and had to call owner who insisted id been sent it and I hadn’t.

Good location. Clean enough, easy to collect keys and parked easily. Large rooms.
The damp. There was a dehumidifier in one of the rooms to try and counteract it but the smell of damp was very strong. We opened the one window that wasn’t painted shut as soon as we arrived and it was a bit better by the time we went to sleep. We visited in July - I dread to think what it’s like in winter.

"It was brilliant! Owners/staff are wonderful. Very helpful. Communications were super clear to obtain keys and park up etc. Motorcycle parking at the rear was reassuring too.
