No breakfast, quiet location, bar service at nights, very clean rooms, easy to come and go as you please
It would have been good if they offered a food service but there is a lot nearby

Location was fine with free parking on street
No email was sent with lockbox code u til 6.30pm on check in day. I checked in at 3pm and had to call owner who insisted id been sent it and I hadn’t.

Location, comfort. Staff opened the window after first night which made the room much more comfortable.
Hot water faucet in bathroom was not able to be shut off completely.

It’s a easy walk into the centre of Kirkwall and easily check in and friendly helpful staff
And there is a bar in the facility which was lovely
It’s a wee bit run down in parts
Balcony outside is not as per photo looks a bit broken, rotten and badly needing repaired It’s a bit off putting as it’s one of the first things you see

"It was brilliant! Owners/staff are wonderful. Very helpful. Communications were super clear to obtain keys and park up etc. Motorcycle parking at the rear was reassuring too.
