The apartment was well furnished and clean. There was ample toiletries in the bathrooms.
All of these are minor but: 1. Paper towels in the kitchen 2. A better explanation of the heating/cooling system. ( ours was turned completely off at the unit, which was unfamiliar to an out of country tourist) 3. Counter space in the bathroom 4. Clothing washing machines were musty.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment that was big and spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a must in the heat and the communication with the host was excellent. We absolutely loved the area we stayed in, Santa Croce, as it was quiet but central.
The door locking system was too complicated and the shower too!

The air conditioning in the main bedroom does not work. This resulted in us having a significant number of mosquito bites which made the trip uncomfortable
