Location was fantastic, property clean and tidy, we were a party or 6 and only one bathroom but this is something we should of researched better

The location as it is right on the riva de Biasio water bus stop. The apartment was clean overall

We arrived late after 10pm, the instructions on how to get into the property were wrong. They sent us a link to open an electronic door but the door was an old wooden door locked by a key, no one answered the first telephone number, a resident came down and we went in as she had opened the door, when we got to the apartment door there was another electronic door but someone had double locked the door by key so we could not gain entry there either! By now it was 11:30pm! And we were getting distressed, my friend found another number and luckily she could speak Italian, they kept insisting the door was electronic but it wasn't, in the end they gave us directions to a key code machine to get the cleaner's key out which worked. I feel if we didn't have someone who could speak Italian we wouldn't have got into the property
