It was like stepping back in time to the lives of the Venetian’s in the late 1700’s. The palace can only be described as grand and museum like. It is in a great location, on the canal and walking distance to Venice.
In the heat of summer, lack of air conditioning made it a little uncomfortable. Fans helped at night but it was still very warm.

The place was really huge, and had lovely old furnishings.
There really wasn’t anywhere we could comfortably sit, except at the table.

This is a beautiful apartment in a historic building. It felt like staying in a palace. Amaizing living room, stunning bedrooms.
Extraordinary architectural features all around. This apartment is a rear find.
The bathrooms and kitchen could do with a little upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the apartment. But it definitely did not affected the overal wonderful experience.

Amazing place! Actually hard to believe you can find somewhere this beautiful, old, quirky and interesting to stay on holiday. Also in a great location too!
