The service was prompt and warm, and they offered us a complimentary early check-in.

Picking up and returning the keys was very inconvenient – we had to drag our luggage to another location to pick up and drop off the keys, and we had to go through four doors just to enter the room. The check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, which is very unfriendly. The actual accommodation location was different from the map pin shown on the booking page – it was farther from the river. The room had a strong musty smell, and there was loud noise from the bathroom, which disturbed our sleep at night.

It was a very good location near 3 Vaporetto stops. Near a supermarket, restaurants and 5 minute walk from the grand canal. The A/C is good and the bed is really comfy. The owner is really helpful she sent us great recommendations that really helped us with our stay.

We didn’t really use the second bedroom.

Sono stata tante volte a Venezia ma non ho mai dormito così vicino alla stazione. Sono cinque minuti a piedi, senza dover prendere un vaporetto. Mi é piaciuta molto la zona, non solo perché comoda da raggiungere ma anche perché aveva meno passaggio di turisti, era tranquilla e molto carina. Il bagno era bello con una buona doccia

Il check-in e la comunicazione con chi gestisce il posto non è stato buono. Non mi è piaciuto tanto l‘arredamento della casa, ma questa è una questione di gusti
