Absolutely stunning views from this apartment which faces onto the grand canal. The pictures do not do it justice! The bedrooms were really comfortable and spacious. The communication was excellent and very responsive hosts. We were even met off the waterbus to show us how to reach the accommodation. Loved the apartment. Would definitely return.
Only thing to bear in mind is the fact that the bin collection boat appears on the pier adjacent to the property to collect waste. It didn’t really disturb us as doesn’t stay too long, but worth being aware of.

Beautiful setting and well looked after. Great location. The view was lovely.
Only slight disadvantage of the setting was the refuse collection early on Tuesday morning right outside (but the property can’t help that). It was a shame the kettle was broken but a minor problem. If you had young children it may be a problem if you wanted to sleep in the “master” bedroom with the lovely view because then the children would be downstairs and distant from you. We just let the children sleep in the master bedroom.

It was really nice but super overpriced.
For the price I paid I was looking for a more luxurious experience. The home was clean and beautiful. The view was nice but overall I felt it was overpriced.
