Superbe appartement bien rénové, les photos sont fiables. Propreté impeccable, très bien équipé (ustensiles, vaisselle, capsules de café, produit vaisselle, lessive, etc, c'est rare d'avoir autant dans un appartement !), literie très confortable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Très calme et bien insonorisé, intérieur et extérieur. Nous avons bien apprécié le jardin. Quartier agréable. Bons conseils des propriétaires.
Même en cherchant bien, nous n'avons pas trouvé !

We’re so lucky to have found this place. Location is in a “closed street” with only 3 or 4 apartments, very charming. The place is brand new, great facilities, modern bathrooms and a wonderful air conditioning more than enough to support the summer heat in Venezia. Good quality towels and bed sheets.

The location, availability of 3 bathrooms, kitchen, closet. I would say for Venice it is as great as we could imagine to find for these dates during Biennale.

Alles war top. Die Einrichtung, die Betten, schöne Bäder, die Küche incl. bestückter Kaffee/Teebar, die Lage, Sauberkeit und viele Informationen und Tipps vom Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
