Venice Apartment with Private Courtyard

Great location, quiet and clean apartment. Nicola was very helpful with everything we needed.

We did not have enough hot water by the end of rhe day. The dishwasher did not work

Nicola, our host, was very friendly and lovely. We arrived late and he was there with a smile on his face to receive me and my family. The apartment is very big, with 2 bathrooms and a nice terrace. Air conditioning worked very well and the location is quiet and close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. All windows of the apartment were soundproof, which guaranteed quiet nights of sleep. The apartment is very close to San Stae vaporetto stop, which was very important since we had many luggages to carry and this is not easy with all the bridges and stairs in Venice. From the boat stop to the house is only a 3 minutes walk with no stairs. Nicola gave us instructions and recommendations that improved our experience in Venice.

Lovely clean apt with spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms, great outdoor patio space, and good kitchen.

A healthy walk to Venice sights, a bit difficult to navigate at night.

Never arrive at nite...the location is way too difficult to get if u come.on foot at nite. Best to come by the water taxi and during the Day.
