Opera Prima is a big and typical apartment full of charm. Nearby, the world's first theater, the historic fish market and the Gran Canal have shaped the area and the life of the house in the past.
The residence develops on the third and fourth floor, on a surface of 260 sqm, with an Altana terrace on the roof.
The 3 rooms have been newly renovated, with 2 bathrooms and a service toilet.
There is a huge vollingerichete kitchen, living room and an attic in Hinoko wood.
Only 150 meters from the Gran Canal, San Cassian Opera Prima is in the liveliest area of Venice, where at that time the trade made Venice mighty and famous, where still today the typical Cicchetti-Spritz are at home, where the Rialto Bridge imposing the 2 islands of the city connects

Overall, good communication with host. Location was excellent! The home was comfortable, yet a bit outdated. Only disappointment was a miscommunication about mosquito control. Once addressed, the rest of the stay was very good.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place.The location was ideal, right near the canal, the Rialto Bridge, and in the middle of everything. It was the perfect home base for exploring Venice, with excellent access to the fish market, water bus station, and so many shops and restaurants nearby. It was also incredibly convenient being only about a 30 meter walk from where the water taxi dropped us off.The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful Venetian rooftop and courtyard views from every window. One of our favorite features was the awesome rooftop deck, where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings. The wifi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for cooking meals with the fresh seafood and vegetables from the open market just steps away. There was also a large dining table that easily accommodated our whole group.There are a couple flights of stairs to reach the unit, but it was absolutely worth it. A wonderful place to stay in Venice.
