We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. Sonia, the owner, is fantastic — she told us everything about the apartment, the neighborhood, and the local rules in Venice. The apartment itself is comfortable, air-conditioned, and very clean, with a sauna and jacuzzi as a real bonus. It’s located on a narrow little street, and just 10-15m away at the end of the street there’s a local supermarket, which is super convenient. Great location overall — about a 20-minute walk to the main train station. Highly recommend!

Sehr gute Lage, wunderschön eingerichtet, mit dem eigenen Spa, und der Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Man kann es nicht besser antreffen. Die Besitzerin Sonia kümmert sich um alles und hilft bei allen Fragen rund um einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Venedig. 5 Stars*****

Very spacious. We love that each room has a bathroom plus a sauna room.
Location was great, close to everything, great restaurants in the area and not so crowded.
What we love most is Sonia’s attention to details and going the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
Highly recommended!

Convenient location within easy reach of the main attractions, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided helpful local recommendations throughout our stay.
The apartment appears somewhat dated, with older-style furnishings. While this was not an issue in itself, the beds were quite noisy and squeaked noticeably during use.
