Canaletto Apartment Rialto

spacious apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms which was a plus given it was 95 degrees while we visited. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. The location in San Polo was awesome. Loved the area.

Wish there had been curtains to block out the light in the am and the air conditioner in the kids room didn't get very cold but they didn't seem to notice. They nicely provided some basic kitchen items like salt and pepper and sugar but there was no coffee left for us.

Quiet apartment, quiet area but still close to restaurants and attractions. Large rooms on a ground floor. Located un a secure courtyard. Nicely renovated. Awesome shower and hot water system. Beautiful views of the grand canal.

Amazing views right onto the Grand Canal and a very central location that makes it easy to get around. The apartment is modern and clean and very quiet, tucked away from crowds. The owner is very friendly and patient, and she made checking in and out easy, and she was very responsive!! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and pots/pans. This is a great home base in Venice!

The beds are very firm, it felt like sleeping on a brick floor. There weren't any extra blankets, only the sheet and thin comforter on the bed. The apartment is a little spare - no coffee or tea, no basic spices etc for cooking, no handsoap in the bathrooms, no where to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom are thin white drapes that let in all the Grand Canal lights at night, recommend bringing an eye mask to block the light. You need the owner to send you a pin for exact location, if you enter the address listed it won't take you to the right spot due to how Venetian addresses are (but this wasn't explained until after we were already lost.)
