Apartment in the Historic Centre of Venice, just 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto Bridge but away from the tourist crowds. The apartment with independent entrance has a modern style and consists of a living room with a complete kitchen, two triple rooms and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The location and the condition of the unit was OK. The air-conditioning units did not work well as remotes were basically dead, The beds were extremely hard as were the pillows, making for an uncomfortable night sleep. Also the cleaning expectations include toting your garbage to a barge despite a healthy cleaning fee. The company also requires a check in walk through which made it a bit of a hassle to coordinate with arrival, delayed trains etc.
