Guido made our stay pleasant with his helpful and friendly professional manner. Proximity to many key places was great.
Noisy alley beside was disturbing on a Saturday night.

Der Besitzer war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns die Schlüssel gebracht. Sehr ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten von Ponte Rialto. Alles war sehr sauber und sogar Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Sekt, Wasser, Snacks waren vorhanden. In meiner Wohnung, die ich vermiete iin lugano ist es auch so und ich habe mich gefreut, dass ich auch einmal so nette empfangen werde. Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich habe die Adresse auch weitergeleitet.
Leider waren die Gäste über uns sehr laut, aber wir sind dann hin und haben geklopft und uns beschwert. Zum Glück waren sie nur 1 Nacht da.
