Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu, można komfortowo spędzić czas, wnętrze przygotowane z klimatem Wenecji co bardzo nam się podobało. W apartamencie znajdują się wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia.

The location once we found it was excellent. Accomodations were very nice except for the "neighbors". Upstairs and downstairs business on one side were very noisy in the mornings. Ground floor entrance and accomodation were a super plus in Italy.

The address on Booking was incomplete. We tried calling the host several times before he responded and told us the complete address. We ended up standing under a restaurant awning in a pouring rainstorm. I told him to check in with Booking as I printed the address from them, and it was incomplete on website and phone copy.

Very clean apartment, had everything we needed. Looks better than in the pictures.

A bit uncomfortable having the camera in the back yard, but didn’t take away from the whole experience.

Large apartment beautifully styled with a new like modern kitchen and bathroom. It contained all the necessities in the kitchen to cook and clean up. A large tv that worked and had plenty of stations to choose from, fast wifi and a great outdoor courtyard that was very large. The only thing missing were direct views of the canal only one house next door away. The place was clean and the bed comfortable and another massive bonus was the two ac units (bed room and main lounge/kitchen) that worked magnificently in the heat wave conditions. A bakery (proper bakery where they make and bake the bread) only couple houses down and the best supermarket (Prix) only 100mtrs away. So location was good but some walking distance to the main attractions and some of the best main canal access points .

One big fault I think was the power supply key to the apartment which is connected to the main entrance key on a combination lock. So if a couple and one wanted to leave the complex for any reason and needed to take the entrance key, this meant the person remaining is left without any power to the apartment and this we found out included no ac power or fridge power. This also resulted in some food we had in the fridge going off, because when you left for the day, the fridge also turns off. Another common topic was that of security cameras at this place, in main corridor to apartment and the courtyard. I agree it’s very unusual and a bit of a privacy matter of which I have never previously encountered, but as long as they are not recording voices, I have no issue with it, where they have placed them.
