Very nice apartment with everything you need

A wonderful apartment with everything you could need, even for a longer stay: dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. The terrace is large and beautiful. Mauro was extremely helpful and gave us great advice about the area. Very close to Gardaland. We had a wonderful time, it's a pity we couldn't stay longer. Great experience!

Very enjoyable, especially for the lower price. Very nice, friendly host

Supermarket is not so far away. Easy to get to bus stop and promenade

Kitchen is a bit small, especially with both sofa beds open. Washing was minimum 3h. No other complaints really except that the shutters were a little difficult to figure out (although that is more of a me problem)

Charming Italian Apartment for a group of 3

Lovely and cute apartment with a beautiful terrace. Mauro was very friendly and picked us up even though it was late. He had a blue light set up to reduce the mosquitoes and we really appreciate the effort.

Laundry machine was a little.. interesting. It worked but just took a while.

Big and spacious apartment with a huge terrace, very clean. It has absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable beds and pillows. he private parking in front of the block with a barrier is a great advantage for those traveling by car. It is bigger and nicer in reality even than in the pictures. Mauro is very kind and helpful, he provided us with all the information. Thanks for everything! We would definitely come back again for a longer stay.

The noise from the train that passes by the house and the many mosquitoes, but this does not depend on the hosts.

Mauro's apartment is your best bet for a pleasant stay in Peschiera del Garda

Mauro picked us up at the Peschiera del Garda train station right on time. As he drove us to the apartment, he provided us with an introduction to the City and gave us a solid recommendation for lunch at a local restaurant. Mauro’s spotless and lovely apartment is conveniently located in a tranquil residential area amazingly near to the center of Peschiera del Garda. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use for preparing and cooking a meal or for just making a cup of tea or coffee. The dining area has a table and chair combination that is both functional and attractive. Two arched doorways provide lots of natural light into the kitchen and dining areas. Those doorways also provide easy access to a 180 degree balcony that includes an intimate table and chair set perfect for sipping a glass of wine or a cup of tea as you soak in views of Monte Baldo and the Italian Alps. The balcony is truly one of a kind! The bedroom had both a comfy bed and ample storage space. The bathroom was clean and the layout worked for us. There was always plenty of hot water. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Peschiera del Garda town center. After walking about or seeing a site, it was easy to return to the apartment to relax on the grand semi-circular balcony. It was just as easy to return again to the town center for more sightseeing and/or to enjoy a dinner. We really liked this aspect of our stay! An LN026 bus stop on Via Milano is about a five minute walk from the apartment and travels to Verona destinations. The Navigarda dock, less than 15 minutes from the apartment, is the location where ferry service is available for destinations around Lake Garda. As a host, Mauro was super helpful, thoughtful and generous. His verbal instructions were clear and ample. He has produced several colorful booklets that contain critical information for guests. At the end of our five night stay, Mauro picked us up and drove to the Peschiera del Garda train station.

It exceeded my expectations. A very well kept and clean apartment. They make you feel it is your home. Was nice to find the apartment with Christmas decorations and a bottle of Spumante in the fridge!

Stay at Venere

Clean, well equipped. Great balcony with lovely views. Everything provided for showering, kitchen cleaning, and laundry. Good location in a residential area about 10 mins walk from the town centre with bars and patisseries even closer. Plenty of parking. Mauro is very nice, very helpful, and very responsive.

Perfect base for a holiday by Lago di Garda

This is a perfect base for a holiday by the lake. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need, spotlessly clean and within walking distance of the lake. The balcony offers a spectacular view of the area. Birds' songs awake you in the morning. The host is really kind and even drove us to the station on the day we were leaving to help us get there on time.

Lovely stay with walking distance to the beach

Totally happy with our stay here! Mauro was very welcoming and showed us all around on the first day and allowed to leave bags for a bit longer after check out. The place is walking distance from the beach, city centre and Lidl. We also had a fig tree in the garden and we were lucky to get here in August and taste the most delicious figs right from the tree :) the place has a lovely big terrace with mountain view! We had everything we needed for our stay, 100% recommended!

Sehr netter Gastgeber - hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und das Zentrum der Stadt ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kochutensilien, etc.). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Es gibt wenig Supermärkte in der Nähe, die zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Appartamento comodo, sicuramente fantastico con la bella stagione vista la grande terrazza. Comodissimo il fatto di avere l'auto sotto casa senza problemi di dover cercare parcheggio, non l'abbiamo mai spostata per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Biancheria da bagno molto ruvida, letto in soggiorno abbastanza rigido. Un pò scomodo dover attendere il proprietario per il check out, ma abbiamo risolto lasciando le chiavi nella buca delle lettere in accordo con lui.

3 giorni di relax

Viaggio di famiglia:2 adulti e 2 bambini. Struttura super pulita,organizzata,completa di ogni comfort. Host strepitoso: il signor Mauro di una gentilezza e cordialità unica. Posizione ottima per raggiungere con facilità sia le diverse fermate dei bus sia per qualsiasi altro servizio. Dovessimo tornare, sicuramente sarà qui in questo appartamento.

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, dalle fermate autobus e dalla stazione. appartamento pulito e accogliente. Marco gentile e disponibile, è stato così gentile che al termine del soggiorno ci ha accompagnato alla stazione non avendo trovato un taxi disponibile. Un unico bagno in camera, ma per noi non ci sono stati problemi perché eravamo in famiglia. Esperienza molto positiva.

Nu credeam că Peschiera de Gardă, Bardolino, Limone și Sirmione sunt atât de frumoase

Apartamentul este mare, confortabil, foarte frumos, foarte curat, cu un balcon mare, situat într-un condominiu privat și liniștit, dotările sunt de calitate, iar priveliștea este superbă. Mauro este foarte amabil și receptiv. Mulțumesc pentru tot ajutorul acordat, Mauro.

Apartamentul este la etajul doi, iar imobilul nu are lift. De la apartament și până în centrul orașului trebuie să mergi pe jos cam 15 minute. Dar aceste inconveniente nu-mi strică impresia excelentă.
