Great base to explore the lake

The house was very comfortable and well equipped in a quiet residential area. It was easy to find and very well located. We had a car and there were 3 big supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive and it was only a few mins to the lakefront to Peschiera (easy walk), and very close to gardaland, movieland, Cavour park, sirmione etc. It was the perfect base and would definitely stay there again..

It would have been helpful to have an info sheet on arrival. When we got there we didn't know how to open the car gate but soon found the remote and then we had no idea where to throw out the rubbish so ended up taking it with us in the car every day and finding recycling spots at gas stations or other areas to throw it. The beds were also a bit hard but this didn't ruin our stay

The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, within a short walking distance of the center and the beach. The parking place in the courtyard is a great bonus. The house is perfectly clean and very well equipped, including two full-sized bathrooms. It was very nice and thoughtful from the host(s) to leave the air conditioner on prior to our arrival on a hot summer day.

Perfect for families

Gorgeous house, loads of space, spotlessly clean. All domestic essentials and more! Comfortable beds, lots of storage. Brilliant for families with small garden and secure gates. Children cannot get out without key so very safe. Shutters to darken room great for kids. Location wise it is a bit out of town centre, 15 min walk or so. Really quiet street for a good night's sleep. But very close to lidl and conad for shopping, lovely bakery nearby and little local bar.

Beautiful weekend in Peschiera del Garda!

For us location was great, cause we were travelling by car. Two supermarkets are 5 minutes walking or 2 minutes driving. From House Bivio to porta Brescia - 5-7 minutes driving. Parking lot on the territory is small, but if you are good in parking, you will manage to park the car there:) The house itself was warm, cosy, clean, quiet and beautiful. We are very pleased we stayed there. By the way, we were checking-in at night, with no problem. And Paola from managing company was very nice and helpful:)

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Haus war sehr schön. Um so mehr waren wir überrascht, dass das Haus über 2 Badezimmer verfügt. Alles war sehr sauber und gut überlegt eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert.

Ich klage jetzt auf hohem Niveau. Bei den Stühlen im Außenbereich wäre eine Liegefunktion, schön gewesen. Im einen Badezimmer lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und der Grill war nicht zu Gebrauchen.. Eine Parkfläche war vorhanden aber war sehr klein. Mit meinem SUV (Mazda CX-5) war es Millimeterarbeit den Wagen einzuparken.
