Fun time !

The camp house is clean and comfy. Beds are small but good enough. Kitchen is well equipped and no internet available in the house. I liked that actually :)

We stayed in fall so we felt cold some nights because the house only had air conditioning but no heating. Also I think the bed linens could be more clean and comfortable.

Not worth that money. Other homes at this camping are far better for a comparable price

Very good location. Close the the lake, and close to the pools. We are very satisfied with the camping facilities - everything was on site - shops, restaurants, close to the city. It felt really safe on the camping.

Mobile home was not arranged well - too big tables, so moving around was quite problematic. The toilet was extremely small - impossible to turn around for a grown up person. And the worst thing - hot water. It was impossible to set the temperature to the acceptable level. It was boiling hot, and a second later really cold - without touching the water tap. It wasn't only our problem. We checked also in other mobile homes from happy camp - everyone got the same issue.

Close to private beach. The mobile house was OK. Clean enough.

It is not direct Bella Italia property. It is sub-company “Happy Camp”. The mobile house was ok but: the sheets are paid extra, the AC is paid extra. There is not even toilet paper and any dish washing detergent or cloth. And the worst is that you have to clean up the house including toilet and shower using old broom and dirty mop or otherwise you pay another extra 50€ for cleaning. I would not choose it again.

Very good

The location is brilliant. Short transfer from the airport, and from the lake edge and nice walk into peschiera del garda. There is also a lidl nearby and bus stops very close to the park. The park is beautiful, with great facilities. We had a premium unit and it was very nice, well equipped and comfortable. The covered decking was a great feature. There is baggage storage available which was very useful on first day.

Check in is a little bit confusing. You check into the park to get a wristband to use the site and then you check in again with which ever agency you book the accommodation with. Park gates on the lake edge are closed overnight, so if you have a trip, leave by the front. We had a very early excursion and checked with a member of staff the night before and then found the gate was shut. Park could be a little more pedestrian friendly. The on sites shops are good but the prices can be mixed. The fruit and veg was a little pricey.

it’s should be called Happy Extreme Basic. It is awful. Multiple holes in floor covering in living area. Multiple holes in wall. Lack of any basic facilities. Broken cups and I could go on and on

Bella italia

Location, Good restaurants, Friendly staff, beautiful weather and good air conditioning

No kettle or bowls in mobile.....very small mobile. Kids beds uncomfortable. The camp needs a sunbed policy to stop the beds being mass reserved by mainly Germans at 9am in the morning with their towels and disappearing for hours. I saw one lady in the morning drop 8 towels on 8 loungers and walk off. Very selfish. Either give 2 tokens for sunbeds per mobile/bungalow or system where towels are removed systematically. Other than this very enjoyable and relaxing trip.

Lago di Garda is the best choice! Bella Italia (no Happy Camp) we will come back :)

Bella Italia Company, as land-lord of camping area, as well renting for subcontractors, represent very comprehensive and fully professional, family-oriented service for camping and fun. The Beach-Lake location, numerous restaurants, coffee-shops, pools and entertainment content and pleasant staff made this 6-day vacation perfect for us. Actually - above expectations! We will come back, but Bella Italia camping only, as they do deserve 9.9 rating.

Rude and poorly organized staff at Happy Camp tried to ruin our family holiday. Yet, Bella Italia stood up to cover Happy Camp mistakes.

It is close to the lake and there are quite a few camping facilities. The house is chic and properly equipped.

You need to bring your own bed linen. They can also be rented from the campsite, but they have a rather high price.

The mobile homes are not clean, the curtains were covered in mold in each room and everywhere was dusty. You clean at the end of your stay or they charge you €40, and they obviously do not check the cleaning thoroughly. The staff were also quite rude.

Amazing camping site!

The camping site is the perfect summer destination, there are many other companies inside the spot that have separate operations. The “condo” life is really cool, there are restaurants, games, coffee shops, pools, everything you can imagine inside the area. The mobile homes are fully equipped and work well. There’s a sense of community going on so the experience goes smooth and fun.

Staff bothered us for a couple of days due to a deposit issue that was not our fault.

Perfect location, right on Lake Garda. Very close to Peschiera del Garda, with many restaurant options.

Our mobile home was not perfectly clean. If you ask the staff to clean it, they charge you 40 euros, an absurdity for the condition that the mobile home is delivered for the stay. Very simply equipped, no tv and no internet. Very much to be desired in comparison to other mobile homes we have stayed in before.

The camping site is beautiful, the arrangement of the facilities are very practical and intuitive! We were staying in a mobile home, which was very comfortable, perfectly clean and tidy. All accessories were there for cooking, everything was new and in perfect condition! The staff of the main site (Bella Italia) and our camping operator (Happy Camp) were very nice, kind and helpful! Our kids (11 and 13 yo) just loved everything about this camping, and so did my wife and I! We will definitely come back here!

Perfect location

Perfect location, two minutes of walking and you are by the lake. So close to the swimming pool. 15 minutes of walking and you are in the beutifull city of Peschiera. 10 minutes of driving and you are in Gardaland, Caneva or Movie land

When it was raining the terrace roof was so small, so we couldnt be outside. I would recomend getting the biggest mobile home because they have the biggest terrace roof.

Camping les pieds dans l'eau , à bonne distance du centre ville de Peschiera et des supermarchés

Le camping était très bien équipé et bien entretenu. Le mobilhome ainsi que la terrasse était agréable et propre. A proximité de tous les grands axes pour visiter la région. Le camping est au bord du lac, on peut se rendre aux supermarchés, au marché et dans le centre ville en faisant des promenades agréables.

Le fait que l'on me demande une caution en espèce obligatoirement, et qu'on m'explique que le ménage est optionnel, mais qu'on me déroule une liste de 10 min de tout ce qui peut faire que l'on me prenne tout de même 50€ pour le ménage mal fait. A cela on s'étonne que j'ose prétendre que le ménage sera bien fait alors que je suis en vacances. Que les personnes qui font le ménages sont formées avec des produits spécialisés et seront à 2 pendant 2h pour le faire alors que moi je vais faire cela sur mon temps de vacance, je me suis dis bon bein de toute façon, ils trouveront un truc, donc ça sert à rien de se casser la tête, allez y, prenez vos 50€ et faites le ménages... J'ai trouvé cela limite comme façon de faire! quoiqu'il en soit je ne peux pas dire le contraire, c'était très propre à mon arrivée. Sachez qu'il vaut mieux prévoir les 50€ supplémentaires à votre budget pour le ménage.

Happ Camp Mobileheim - nicht zu empfehlen

Lage Mobilheim, Preis, Empfang beim Campingplatz vom Bella Italia Personal.

Wir hatten das Mobileheim mit der Nummer 38 von Happy Camp. Wir waren mit dem Mobileheim gar nicht zufrieden, ich denke ein Austausch ist dringend zu empfehlen. In die Jahre gekommen trifft es bei weitem nicht mehr. Wände sind teilweise bereits verschoben, im Bad sind die Fugen sehr dreckig. Lattenrost teilweise nicht vorhanden. Tür lies sich fast gar nicht mehr richtig verschließen.

Sehr erholsam, man kommt zur Ruhe

War wirklich seeeehr sauber hatte ich so noch nie erlebt. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und haben bei Fragen/Probleme immer supernett und mit einem Lächeln geholfen. Waschmaschine kann man für 5 euro pro Ladung (sehr gross) benutzen. Fanden wir echt super haben gleich zwei ganze Ladungen reingepackt. Da es eine grosse Anlage ist, gab es viele Securitys die echt aufmerksam waren. Haben uns total sicher gefühlt. Nach 23 Uhr darf man mit dem Auto nur im Eingangsbereich parken , um die Gäste nicht zu stören.

Ist wirklich zu klein die Bude, man fühlt sich leider total eingeengt…und im Herbst seeehr kalt ohne die Heizung würden wir die Kälte, vor allem abends nicht aushalten können. Das Wasser war sehr kalt, oder sehr heiss. Man konnte nicht duschen. Waren immer bei den anderen Duschen für die die schwimmen waren, das war dann schön..

Bel posto davanti al Lago, struttura con molti servizi, la casa mobile divisa bene. Spazi esterni belli.

I ragazzi dello staf non comunicano tra di loro. Siamo arrivati e non c'era la nostra prenotazione sulla lista, il ragazzo che mi ha ricevuta non parlava italiano, non trovava la casa assegnata a me, perche si erano scordati di scriverla. Sono rimasta 2 ore con lui in ufficio per risolvere la situazione, poi ci ha dato una casa migliore, la sera prima del checkout siamo usciti e quando siamo ritornati non c'era elettricità nel.bungalow, la doccia in questa casa mobile buttava uori acqua calda e acqua fredda a turni.

Kein Ort für Familien – leider ein absoluter Reinfall

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern dort und sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Schon bei der Ankunft kamen unerwartete Zusatzkosten auf uns zu – plötzlich wurde eine Kurtaxe von 24 € und eine Kaution von 100 € verlangt, beides war vorher nirgends angegeben. Der Zustand der Unterkunft war erschreckend: Lampen verrostet, Dusche defekt, kaum warmes Wasser (nach einer Minute eiskalt – Duschen für Kinder unmöglich), kein Toilettenpapier, Müll im und um das Haus, und überall ein starker Uringeruch in Matratzen und Kissen. Auch allgemein war vieles kaputt und unsauber. Selbst die angekündigten Freizeitangebote waren unzuverlässig – Sportangebote fielen aus, alle Mietfahrräder waren defekt. Der Geldautomat vor Ort berechnet zudem Gebühren, obwohl dies anders kommuniziert wurde. Das größte Problem war jedoch der Verona Cup, ein riesiges Jugendfußballturnier, über das wir bei der Buchung nicht informiert wurden. Es herrschte tagelang Lärm wie in einem Stadion – laute Musik, Tröten, Geschrei, Partys bis spät in die Nacht. Mit kleinen Kindern war an Erholung nicht zu denken. Wir hatten bewusst in der Nebensaison gebucht, um etwas Ruhe zu haben – leider war das Gegenteil der Fall. Für Familien absolut ungeeignet, vielleicht ok für Gruppen oder junge Partygäste, aber sicher kein Ort zum Entspannen. Fazit: Für Familien mit Kindern absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Lärmbelastung waren katastrophal.

Happy Camp als organisatie. Neem alsjeblieft een van de andere opties wanneer dat kan (Roan bijvoorbeeld) je krijgt een huisje zonder werkende badkamer, om vervolgens over geplaatst te worden maar een ander huisje die hetzelfde probleem heeft. Dan blijkt na overleg met de buren dat iedereen dat heeft. Wij hebben met jonge kinderen gebruik moeten maken van de openbare faciliteiten, omdat onze eigen douche random van heel heet naar heel koud ging. Klachten worden niet serieus genomen door de organisatie en het is onmogelijk om (fatsoenlijk) in contact te komen. Wij zijn al een maand terug, maar hebben nog steeds geen oplossing aangeboden gekregen.

Die Lage war super für eine Familie. Es war nie langweilig, es gab viel zu erleben in der Anlage und auch außerhalb. Das mobile Home war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber und das Personal war auch sehr nett. Abends war Kinderdisco, die bei unseren Kindern sehr gut ankam. Die Anlage war gepflegt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Preis war in der Nebensaison unschlagbar. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

So gut wie jede Unternehmung im Park kostet extra. Wenn man günstig Urlaub machen will (bzw. muss) und extra ein mobile Home nimmt, um zu sparen, wird es allerdings schwierig mit dem Sparen, wenn man egal, in welche Richtung man läuft, an Spielgeräten aller Art vorbei kommt, die natürlich alle zu bezahlen sind. Zum Beispiel kostet die Nutzung von 4 kleinen Hüpfburgen, 5 € pro Kind. Die Parksituation vor dem mobile Home war grenzwertig und nicht geeignet für Autos in VW T6 Größe. Das unter Druck setzen vor der Endreinigung war bisschen nervig. Man klopfte am Vortag der Abreise spät abends bei uns, und man wollte einen unter Druck setzen, dass man die Endreinigung machen lässt für 50 €, weil man es selbst nicht so sauber hinbekommen würde, wie es verlangt wird und man dann keine Kaution zurück bekommt.
