When i sum it up it was super value for money

The stuff was amazing & extremely polite and responsive 😊 Clean, nice place, nice surroundings. For people who are there to visit gardaland is super choice .

All the advance infos that is crucial was missing - bring your own bed sheets - bring your toilet paper ( i had no stress the stuff @ 21:00, but they were super nice and help within 10 min. - no towels ( again high 5 to stuff) - the place was very cold and the small heater would heat up the place probably next day. Air con. was locked and i saw its 5 € per day, so i fix the problem with cooking stove thats was luckily on gas .

Fabulous park, awesome location. Great food, local supermarkets. Easy to travel to sightseeing locations nearby.

Lodge was getting a bit tired and dilapidated, not all equipment worked.

We brought our own towels, sheets and baby high chair as there was a cost to rent these. There were duvets and pillows provided, just not the bed linen.

Basic accomodation, but location and views make up for it! Brilliant for families, some hidden costs

Location is amazing, so easy to walk along the lake, into town or to watch the sunset, You can swim / paddle in the lake at any point along, and there's bar/cafes etc. The campsite is great, shops and supermarket and restaurants, the pools are great too. Accomodation a little basic, but fine.

The accomodation charged £100 deposit for cleaning/breakages, and insist on it being spotless (fridge/freezer defrosted, floors mopped, shower screen not streaked etc etc) in order to get the £100 back, otherwise they dock £50 for cleaning. There's no bin, no toilet rolls, no loo brush, and the hot water was very unreliable, for washing up and the shower. You have to pay to rent linen (£75 for a family of 3, bedding and 2 towels). You could bring your own if you drive, but hard if you've flown.

Superb

We loved the location on the lake with mountain views. The campsite was so beautiful with flowers and shrubs along every area. So clean and well maintained . It felt so safe to wander about even after dark. No groups around the centre drinking or hanging about. Lovely friendly feeling every where. Shops and restaurants were excellent and very well priced. We never felt that we were being overcharged for anything. The lake was gorgeous and great waterworks available, also well priced. A perfect place for a family holiday.

No Wi-Fi at your accommodation.

It was clean.

I booked an accommodation that was advertised having "free Wi-Fi in all areas", 90 cm beds, and a BBQ. Fact is: only very bad Wi-Fi in a few Wi-Fi Zones which are far away from the accommodation, no tables to put a laptop in those zones, and no Wi-Fi at all in the restaurants either. The beds were 70cm! Not 90cm. No BBQ, but a small electric grill that fits 4 sausages. Definitely would not have booked if I would not have been mislead about the Wi-Fi!

Great family resort with everything you need on one place.

A great resort with everything you need to enjoy your holiday, all in one place. There are plenty of pools to enjoy, all of which are clean with sun loungers and shaded areas. There are also random play areas scattered around the resort, which kept the kids entertained. There is easy access to the Lake, as well as the town of Peschiera del Garda. The unit was compact but clean.

The check-in time was quite late at 16:00, and it took over 30 minutes to check in due to the line. The accommodation is very basic and compact, but it is clean. There is no oven or kettle, but you can manage. The linen, towels and cleaning fee can easily add £140 to your booking, so just bear that in mind. Lastly, it is self catering at a very basic level. You have to buy everything, as there was no toilet paper, cleaning materials, refuse bags or anything else when we arrived, and with such a late check-in, you need to be careful you are not caught out if you cant get to a shop etc.

Bella Italia- don't go with Happy Camp

The Bella Italia park was very good. The kids loved the pool and the fireworks were amazing. The park has alot going on and good facilities

Very disappointed with the operator. Had to wait over an hour, in mid day sun with no shade to check in. Check in was supposed to be from 3pm.... The price was not good value for money. No linen , or cleaning products included very limited cooking facilities. No oven, grill or toaster. No welcome pack offered. The mobile had alot of ants. The pillows were pathetic. Everything has to be paid in cash.
