Excellent location and facilities onsite for families.

The location within walking distance downhill to the lake and behind to a main street with lots of buses. Only 10 mins to the port area. Lots onsite at the residence with pool, tennis, playground and restaurant. Everything you would need to accommodate a family in the apartment.

When cooking on the gas hob, the handles of the pots got so hot, it was impossible to lift them. Either oven gloves onsite or different cook ware...only minor feedback as it was excellent.

Checkin at a different location was annoying but other than that staff were great, apartment was good.

Pools couldn’t be used-it wasn’t communicated that they ‘close off-season’ (mid-September).

great location, quiet and very green. The apartment is fully equipped, great for family needs. Nice balcony, small but cozy kitchen. Enough space for 2 adults with 2 kids. I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Poor customer service.

Good for families. Clean.

Process for checking in and out was too long and frustrating. You have to go to a real estate agent who after 10 minutes of paperwork drives you to the property. Check out also requires you to organize time for agent to come and inspect before deposit returned. He was very late on agreed time and was using his phone for other business during the inspection which delayed the process further.

Location was great, close to the lake and only a short walk to the town.

Supermarkets a bit far when walking and not many small grocery shops nearby. Air conditioning in the apartment wasnt particularly effective.

Poor apartment, terrible staff, not recommend

Good location

One of the worst places, it doesn’t worth the value that was paid. Was a really small room with old furniture, not access to internet at all and no signal in the facilities, the sofa bed was uncomfortable/dirt and the pool have strange rules that are not informed. Simple items for the kitchen like salt, oil or soap for the dishes are not provided, what was quite weird. The staff was also really rude not allowing to make the check in minutes earlier, considering that they were there. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Not great value for money. Property needs updating.

Location.

The only thing we liked about this property it was location. Property needs refurbishment as very outdated. Not pretty at all. Very limited kitchen facilities. The host was not approachable in regards to check in, if you miss check in hours that’s it, no other options given. We had to book hotel in Verona for first night as host could not accommodate our arrival time. Not even option to leave keys for us given. Not a great value for money at all.

Disappointing and not worth the high price

The location of the apartments were nice, as they were close to the beach and a bit out of town. The complex was cute and it was a safe and gated community.

The apartment company tried to get us to pay for and rent towels and bed linen - even though it was listed on the booking as included. We confronted them about it and they told us it would be in the apartment when we arrived - after they had asked us to pay extra for it twice. Picking up the keys where basically in the opposite end of town than where the apartments were. We were not travelling with a car, so the fact that there was no option to meet at the apartment was a big inconvenience. It was also far from a supermarket (20 min walk), so again it was just inconvenient without a car. The worst thing about the place was that you were not allowed to relax by the pools. They had two pools and you were only allowed to swim, but if you wanted to relax you had to go out of the pool area and drag your chairs from the apartment to the grass. The price for this place is not cheap, and we paid this much for a place ONLY to get a pool - and then we couldn't even relax there. We were really disappointed. The apartments felt old and could use a renovation. Except for the location I wouldn't say it was worth the high price.

Pleasant

The property is a walk away from the lake and the city Center. The facilities such as playing ground for kids and swimming pool were helpful to get kids entertained. Also liked the free parking onsite.

The apartment was only just that - an apartment with only beds and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are an extra cost. Cleaning items such as dishwashing liquid and toilet paper we had to buy (only one roll provided which ain’t enough for a family of 4 over 3 days. Not enough power sockets in the apartment. Could use a bit more.

L'appartement était "top". La résidence calme et paisible. La piscine (les 2) très bien et très grande...juste ne pas oublier les bonnets de bain obligatoire et non mentionné...

Pas de Français parlé pour l'tét des lieux, mais anglais ça le fait.

War zum übernachten ok.

Lage des appartements war nahe zum Gardasee und fußläufig zur Stadt. Nur zum übernachten reicht es aber für 6 Personen sehr eng und nicht zu empfehlen.

Mininarkt hatte schon geschlossen, Pools waren schon leer, Ausstattung war nicht so wie beschrieben. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine fehlten, an der Sauberkeit kann auch noch gearbeitet werden. Leider war 1 Zimmer sehr veraltet und das Klo war undicht. Wurde dann anstandslos getauscht.

Una vacanza ben fatta

Bella la struttura e le piscine, bene attrezzato in generale per i bambini. Molto comodo anche il bar. Anche la posizione molto comoda. Non in centro ma a 15 minuti a piedi sul lungolago. Molto contenta del fatto che sia cani erano ben venuti e con tantissimo verde per loro.

L’accoglienza e l’arroganza dei proprietari degli altri appartamenti. Una signora con i gatti che si lamentava se i miei cani abbaiavano ai suoi gatti(che occupavano giardino e scala per accedere all’appartamento). Un altro signore si è lamentaro perché il mio cane ha fatto i pisogni(prontamente da me raccolti) nel giardino adiacente al suo appartamento ( nonostante ci fosse il cartello che potevano stare i cani bastava raccogliere i bisogni e tenerli al guizaglio). Altra piccola pecca, l’appartamento era poco attrezzato, per quanto riguarda utensili.

Prima verblijf voor een korte periode en dichtbij het Gardameer.

Het was dicht bij het Gardameer.

Ik miste een lift in de accomodatie waardoor we alle spullen 2 hoog moesten tillen. En het is jammer dat je niet eerder dan 3 uur de sleutel op kan halen. Onze reis verliep heel goed zonder file waardoor we er eerder waren maar 1,5 uur moesten wachten tot we de sleutel mochten halen.

L emplacement, le stationnement, le petit snack dans la résidence, la piscine prévoir un bonnet de bains sinon vous ne pourrez pas vous baigner il en vendent au snack au prix de 3euros

Il manque 2 casseroles, une passoire plus grande, le matelas du canapé lit n est pas fait pour des adultes au delà de 60 kilos, salle de bains très petite, un porte coulissante est cassée, rien pour suspendre les serviettes, camping tout proche attention aux animations le soir (musique)

Svidjela mi se lokacija zatvorenog naselja. Mir, tišina, urednost cijeloga naselja, blizina javnog autobusa. Osiguran parking. Terasa je bila dovoljno velika i za veću obitelj. Apartman gdje 5-6 ljudi može bez greške odsjesti. Ljudi iz agencije su bili izuzetno ljubazni i spremni na kompromis.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dal lago e dal centro storico ideale da raggiungere a piedi. Gli appartamenti sono semplici ma dotati di ogni cosa.
