Netter Kontakt. Allgemein alles sauber. Die Parksituation ist gut gelöst. An sich gibt es nichts zu meckern :)

Was ein wenig umständlich ist und was man vorger unbedingt wissen sollte ist, dass der Schlüssel für das Apartment an einer anderen Adresse abgeholt werden muss. Ca 10 Minuten vom eigentlichen Ort entfernt. Man muss auch eine Kaution in der Höhe von 100€ bar hinterlegen.

Séjour agréable, au calme et résidence bien située à proximité du lac et du centre ville.

Pas de petit déjeuner - Bon emplacement - appartement correct et belle terrasse - Belle résidence bien entretenue.

Le matériel de cuisine pourrait être plus conséquent.

Apartament z 2 sypialniami z widokiem na ogród (bud. A przy T6, apart. nr 7)

Czyste baseny, zadbany ogród, zamknięte osiedle, bezpłatny parking pod oknem.

Kilka detali: Łazienka: nieszczelna szyba prysznicowa przy ścianie - woda wyciekała na podłogę; zbyt krótka szyba prysznicowa sprawiała, że woda rozchlapywała się na podłogę od wejścia; brzydki zapach z toalety - sami założyliśmy kostkę do WC i to wystarczyło żeby pozbyć się smrodku; brak ręcznika/dywanika do położenia na podłodze po wyjściu spod prysznica; były 2 rolki papieru toaletowego na tydzień w 4-os. apartamencie. Kuchnia: brak suchej, czystej ścierki. Balkon: brudna podłoga (nie domyta, lepiącą się); Klimatyzacja: zapach wilgoci, grzyba przy włączaniu. Plac zabaw w "starym" stylu (metalowe huśtawki, itp.). Przydałaby się deska do prasowania i żelazko na wyposażeniu.

Due giorni di relax

Gli appartamenti, luminosi e puliti, si trovano in un complesso grande, ma noi ad Agosto l’abbiamo trovato per niente affollato. Pochissima gente anche nelle piscine che quindi abbiamo sfruttato al massimo. Molto vicina la spiaggia attrezzata e con servizi e bar/ristoranti.

Il nostro appuntamento era al terzo piano e non c’era l’ascensore. Per noi non è stato un grande problema, ma è da tenere in considerazione per chi ha problemi con le scale o ha molti bagagli.

Appartamento quindi colazione la facevamo con la nostra spesa, piscine bellissime e nn caotiche, magari qualche gancio in più per appendere aciugapiatti e stracci in cucina e un armadio più grande. Residence curato bel giardino ma se venite e volete stare in piscina portatevi la brandina perché se le prendete a noleggio son 10 euro al giorno. Posizione invidiabile vicino al lago un po' meno al centro ma raggiungibile a puedi

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie !!

Super mooi complex. Superior appartement was prima, goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Strandje Gardameer op loopafstand net zoals het mooie en gezellige dorpje Pescheira (20min lopen). Zwembaden zijn prima. Wij hebben genoten.

Het appartement complex is best gehorig. Maar verder geen problemen.

Manglede mere komfort og fornemmelse af feriebolig

Fin plads med dejlig altan til familie med tre børn. Tæt på sø og strand. Ti minutter gågang til byen der er mindre - men hyggelig

Det mindede meget om et lejlighedskompleks men kort for at komme ind alle steder. Det er irriterende. Pool var ret stille og kedelige. Mange regler. Badehætte, ingen badelegetøj og boldspil.

Appartement au confort simple mais à l’emplacement idéal !

Appartement A07 (2 chambres) bien conçu pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, simple dans l’équipement et très propre à notre arrivée. Le balcon est assez grand et ombragé pour y prendre tous les repas. L’emplacement est le point fort de la location, à 3mn à pied du lac et 15mn du centre. La résidence est très belle et bien entretenue.

L’équipement intérieur pourrait être amélioré : une machine à café à capsule, le nécessaire pour repasser le linge (utile sur une location à la semaine et plus). Dans la résidence, il est dommage qu’il faille un bonnet de bain pour utiliser la piscine (détail plutôt rare dans les résidences de vacance, et non mentionné sur le descriptif).

La posizione, a 10 Minuti a piedi dal centro. La possibilità di usare la piscina del centro residenziale. Appartamento funzionale, sembra ristrutturato da poco, ben accessoriato.

La doccia: la struttura della doccia è a nostro avviso da rivedere in quanto se si staccava il soffione della doccia per sciacquarsi, il bagno si allagava....la prima sera abbiamo passato almeno 10 minuti a togliere acqua con il mocio e gli asciugamani....

E' andato tutto benissimo :-)

La tranquillità dell'appartamento nel complesso residenziale. Ampio terrazzo per pranzi e cene (non sfruttato perché non faceva caldo abbastanza per i nostri gusti..). Servizi a due passi, centro città a circa 15 minuti a piedi camminando da turisti..

Qualche miglioramento da portare al bagno e in particolare per la doccia. Se possibile dotare l'appartamento di un paio di sdrai per prendere il sole nel magnifico giardino del complesso residenziale.

Het was heerlijk en we komen zeker terug!

De locatie was top, met een gezin op de beneden verdieping uitkijkend op het grasveld is top. Kinderen kunnen goed buiten spelen terwijl je in de buurt bent.

De bedden kunnen beter, voor mij te zacht en ik lag scheef. En een Nespresso apparaat oid vind ik zelf passender dan een gewoon koffiezetapparaat in een vakantiewoning.

der Parkplatz war gut. man hat immer ein Parkplatz gefunden. die Lage war auch super man konnte alles wichtige und die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen.

die Ausstattung war sehr alt. die Küche war sehr sehr sporadisch ausgestattet. das Bad sah auf den ersten Blick gut aus aber auf den zweiten Blick war alles verkalkt und die Regendusche hat garnicht funktioniert und der andere Duschkopf kam nur sporadisch Wasser raus. das Wasser wurde sekundlich warm und kalt. die Anlage war sehr ungepflegt. ein weiterer Besuch wird meinerseits nicht mehr zustande kommen.
