The beach is within easy walking distance in just a few minutes.Private, secure parking on the fenced property.The landlord's restaurant, "Osteria Le Spine," is also highly recommended. Very nice hoots from this accommodation made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the communication wasn`t so good because we can`t speak Italian or English :) .From the accommodation to the beach it is a leisurely 5 minute walk with the dog.The starting point is very good. Bus and Taxi connections are optimal. Can definitely be recommended. See you soon Simone e Simona

Charming apartment suitable for a couple + 2 children Fully equipped in all the necessary equipment includes a washing machine. Ground floor apartment with beautiful garden and pergola. Close to the lake and the lake promenade. Excellent location for excursions to Verona, Venice and the East and North of Lake Garda. The name of the owner Simone, who lives in on the floor above. Simone a lovely person, always smiling and generous. English speaker. Simone is a chef in a restaurant. The restaurant is a short walk from the apartment. On the last day we walked to a restaurant and We had the most tastiest pasta All in all, I and my family had a great time and I highly recommend the apartment and Simone. Amira

We've had a wonderfull time in the apartment. The garden is really nice and Simone and Simona took good care of us. Very much worth the price!

We had the bilo flat, which is situated in the same building, for 2 weeks. The flat is newly renovated and therefore we do not have any reason for complains. Everything you need to live during holidays, especially for cooking, you can find there. When we arrived everything was properly cleaned. In the garden you have a separate place with garden furniture under a pavilion and 2 beach lounger. The flat offers the possibility to park your car safely inside. The lessor lives in the first floor of the same house and stays always at your disposal if you should need anything. This includes recommendation for daytrips, restaurants or wineries. He speaks English fluently, so communication never was problem. By the decision of renting a flat in a suburb of Peschiera del Garda you need to know, that the way to the centre is around 30 minutes walking. But it´s positive that you can walk very close to the lake on the promenade, what is very nice at night. A little downer is the big camping area in the neighbourhood to the flat. During high season there is party with music all night until 11 pm. As long as you are out in the city it doesn´t matter. All in all it is a nice flat for 3-4 people in a house of a very friendly lessor! Thanks for two wonderful weeks!!!

We spent excellent holidays at the Garda Lake. The appartment was perfect, clean, in a good location to visit the region. We were like at home ! Thank you so much Simone and Simona for your welcome, your good advices and the best restaurant of the town.
